We needed towels at one point, not enough cups or coffee/tea for the coffee machine and the bathroom needed cups also., No bathmat when the room was serviced the one time. TV audio was quite weak, needs a sound bar. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool was fantastic.

Excellent stay. The front desk staff were professional, helpful and accommodating-particularly the manager and staff member Candace. The hotel was clean, quiet and easily accessible from the interstate. Will definitely return.

The only pro was the desk manager that helped with our plumbing issue. She worked the night shift. The rooms, furniture and bathrooms need updating. The day staff that checked us in put 3rd party clients in the worst rooms. The front desk staff upon arrival 4 pm should be more customer focused. Hilton should stand by there name.
