It was a good stay however Toilet water was black Friday then someone came up and fixed it then on Saturday no hot water at night till Sunday morning. I couldn't take a shower before check out do to the freezing water.

A lovely hotel experience

Stayed with 6 kids and the two room suite was lovely. It had a sink in the dinette and everything was very clean. The rooms were split and they each had a TV which made it easy to have two programs on to appease both older and younger kids. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The washer and dryer room was awkwardly small.

Loved it !

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Supplied us with soap , shampoo , conditioner etc. Every-time I made a call to the front desk they were supportive and cared for all my needs. Pool was nice and warm Food was delicious, the chefs were very nice & respectful. Each morning there was a different selection of hot and fresh food .

The staff was very nice. The hallway carpets need replacing and are coming up in some areas. The pool was very nice perfect temperature. The 2 men running the breakfast each morning were outstanding!!! The breakfasts were nice. The employees deserve to work in a building that is nice so please do the upgrades that it needs! Again, very nice housekeeping staff, front desk and breakfast staff!!!

This week was my first visit to the property although my third visit to CT. After some curiosity, I discovered the area of Milford and Stratford where the property was my best choice to learn about the area. The rooms are clean and spacious with a mini microwave oven and refrigerator for keeping food fresh and to heat it up. Handy, with Walmart almost in walking distance too. The snack shop was and the delicious breakfast was a perk. Hoping to be back to the area and will likely stay there. Thank you.

Dirty and Disgusting - NEVER AGAIN!

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The rug throughout the hotel is buckled and filthy. The carpet in our room was dirty, and our feet were sticky from walking from our shoes to our bed. The bathtub had dirt in it, and when the bath knob was turned on, it flushed out brown water. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room where the walls meet the ceiling. A chewed dog bone was found on the side of the bed, along with a plastic coffee cup top from a previous visitor. The two chairs in the room had tears on them, and they too were filthy. The vent for the A/C unit had dust and residue blowing out of it, but the room was stuffy without the cool air. This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I debated sleeping in my car for the night, but powered through it and had a horrible night's sleep in this dirty room. Never again.
