The doors made so much noise it was difficult to sleep… It was like being in a prison with slamming doors. Even if you tried to close your door quietly you could not, the latch mechanism was so loud

We had a room on the top floor with a private balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The room was cleanly along with every common area we saw. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to all.

Overall very good property and stay. Walking distance to Yale and the museums close to it. We just had a little bit of miscommunication regarding the parking. As the front desk person switch, information gets switched as well. Overall staff was great and very helpful.

Great spot

This is our first experience at this hotel. Check in was great the person that assisted us was friendly and helpful. Parking is conveniently located across the street. Room was nice and clean. Very big lobby with spacious seating.
