The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right off of the Interstate — easy to get in and out of. There’s a Starbucks 900 feet away. The breakfast was pretty simple. All in all, a good value.

The staff in the front desk was rude when I would speak to them about situations I was having. They even threaten me to refuse my reservations after I had paid and made it seem like they were doing me a favor. The staff has no consideration that people are sleeping especially when you have the tag on your door stating that you don't want to be disturbed.

This is a family business with friendly staff. It’s a great, clean place to stay if you’re on the road or have biz in Waterbury. No frills, but excellent beds and showers and the weird joy of a cook-your-own waffle station at breakfast.
