It was fine. Ok for a overnight less than 8 hour stay. Room was clean but be had a super loud air conditioner. The hotel is very worn and dated. Breakfast was passable. Not great, but not awful.

This hotel was very conveniently located to the Hartford healthcare Amphitheater 7 minutes down the road on Interstate 95. The room was spacious and included a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge/freezer combo. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, The entire room was very clean. My room faced out into the interstate so there was a lot of outside noise from that to deal with, but with the AC running and the fact I was tired from travel and the concert I attended, it didn’t really matter too much. Front desk staff were fine but not exceptionally friendly or helpful. Overall a very solid stay and the room was fairly priced considering other hotel rooms in the area were going for twice the price. I would stay here again.

It was a comfortable roon/bed. The staff was nice. Only downfall is the highway is right there so I'd ask for a room on the parking lot side.

This was a couple trip for birthday. The bed was comfortable. The shower had a drip in it. We were located right next the highway that was very loud. Our room was never cleaned after asking to have the room cleaned. The pool that was on site was closed for maintenance the whole time we were there and we learned it had been closed for over a month but nothing was mentioned. The breakfast was very good.

This place was a dump! It was filthy!

We booked rooms here because we were in town for a funeral. When we got there, there was trash everywhere outside. During the extreme temperatures which exceeded 100 degrees, we had to wait outside until a staff member unlocked the entrance to the lobby. Once we were admitted in, I asked to see one of the rooms. It wasn't clean at all, and the bed looked like the cleaning crew just pulled the covers up after the last patron had checked out. There was a sign saying the pool was closed for a month. After checking out the facility, After checking out the facility, we elected not to proceed with check-in due to its condition. We immediately canceled our reservations with Rosa at the front desk and left to find somewhere else to stay. (Check out some of our pics, we have tons more)

Just what we needed.

We just stayed there for a quick overnight stop on the way to NYC. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The place had everything we needed, from a fitness room (nothing fancy there, but it was all I needed) to a delicious breakfast. The staff member who checked us in and the staff member who checked us out were both terrific. We weren't looking for a magical hotel experience; we were just looking for a nice, clean place to spend the night, and this place was perfect. Keep up the great work!
