Location was perfect. Near enough to an appointment in Doylestown on the main highway but far away from traffic noise. My sister is handicapped so parking and first floor accommodations were easy to access. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Will definitely stay there when I have my next appointment.

Enter room,light switch by the door did nothing,no lamp on either side of bed. Cheap blinds on window did nothing to prevent the light from parking lot and made sleeping difficult.

Initially appeared fine - until the bed blanket was pulled back and there was a gross sticky substance with what looked like black bugs in it. I took pictures and will show to the owners/manager - nog that it will matter - went out and slept in the car! Do not recommend - EVER!

Mold in bathroom, small, leaking shower valve. Poorly renovated. Worn out entrance door needs paint and repair.

Room was fairly clean. Good sized mini fridge. There was no phone in room to make calls. The TV remote did not work. Smelled like lingering cigarette smoke in the room. Could not get extra pillows.

The room was clean and modern, not very people gathering friendly. No outside area to gather, no chairs. Ice machine was out of order. It's find for a quick overnight, ot so much if you have an extended stay.

The location is convenient and relatively quiet...good parking, clean and quiet rooms, and pleasant surroundings. It is a favorite place to stay and never disappointing.

Checked-in and then immediately checked-out. The room looked like a place where someone commits suicide. Other “tenants” would stare us down as we went to our room. Room reeked of Fabuloso but couldn’t hide the previous smoke smell. Ran the loud A/C unit filter out the smells but only made it worse. Weird stains on the fabric “cuck chair”. This used to be a Days Inn that I guess was abandoned and then got a new coat of paint to hide the blood stains
