1st New Orleans trip
The room was on the 17th floor with great city view, i had paid for a corner room which was a little bigger but i was happy with my room, it was walkable to everything, i will definitely stay here again

It’s a great walking distance to the quarter. When checking in, the front desk wasn’t very welcoming, and we booked a city view but that wasn’t accommodated. Our toilet was leaking, every time we used the sink the faucet tilted to the side, there was trash under the bed sheets, and the fridge in the room wasn’t working. Was kind of disappointed with our experience because we read the great reviews of this hotel.

Clean and safe. The valet takes awhile but that’s to be expected. Walking distance from bourbon and the French quarter - found it to be a super convenient spot. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend.
