Breakfast was not worth the additional fee. Each day the food was worse and the service was terrible. Front desk staff made you feel like they just didn’t really want you there. Room was reasonably clean but could defiantly use some TLC.

The hotel was nice and in a very good location. I loved being walking distance to so many places. However, our room was the worst part of the hotel. We have a broken refrigerator that left a smell in our room. Also our lamp, iron and toilet paper holder was broken. We called the front desk several times but they didn’t fix anything.

Maid service was excellent, ice machines didnt work and on our last night the air conditioning was out and the room was 85 degrees. Made it horrible for everyone to sleep.

The location was the awesome! However, there was only one person behind the desk during check in hours! So, check in took way longer than expected. After receiving our room entry cards, we went to our room and found the ceiling leaking water all over the nightstand! The air unit in that room sounded like a freight train! I went back to the desk to inform them of this, only to have to stand in that long line AGAIN with one desk clerk! We received a new room assignment which was good! We had to request towels twice before finally receiving them! On our last night, the air conditioning went out. It was 77 degrees in our room! After speaking with other guests, it appeared that the air went out in the entire building! This hotel is quite dated and needs some serious renovations!!

Staff at night doesn't communicate with staff during the day. Had to swap rooms 3 times due to a miscommunication that occured before I booked about where would be quiet. After finally getting a quiet room they promised late checkout to accommodate inconveniences and then rescinded that as well. Horrible staff and service.
