We asked to change rooms bc the first was dismal and had only a view of destruction outside. The outside was so noisy due to machinery outside dealing with some kind of reconstruction within the hotel. This caused problems with Uber and tour vehicles being able to pick us up or unload in front of the hotel. It is a great location however, right next to Bourbon st and the entire area is undergoing a lot of construction.

It was in the French quarter, so there is going to be noise,trash and drunk people wandering around. Lots of construction and traffic. But it was close to Boubon St and all the activities.

It have been better if I was treated better my room was left with no towels or rags call several times never received anything I had to remind them too clean my room on the housekeeping day microwave on the 1st floor wish my experience was better the floor I was on feel like a walk in freezer I enjoyed the outside of the hotel a lot
