The building it self was beautiful inside. I enjoyed my stay. Parking situation was horrible! $163. for three nights! And they didn't give any reasonable alternatives. Didn't like that I asked the front desk clerk to take my parking fees from my deposit of $180 . But they still charged my card for $163. Other than parking our stay was wonderful. We probably will stay again.

Our room did not look like the pictures. Only part of the hotel is remodeled. One of our bed sheets the first night was not cleaned properly. When returning back to our room our hotel door was slightly open, our room was clean when we returned so it had to have been staff.

The valet was very nice but completely overworked by trying to register our car, retrieving a luggage cart, and parking our car. You have to park in the street while this is going on. Otherwise, the hotel and room were clean and comfortable.

Had a great experience staying here. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping came by every day of our stay to make the bed and take out trash at no extra charge. I deducted one star on cleanliness as the carpet in our room was stained in several areas which wasn’t a deal breaker but made me avoid walking around the room without shoes on. We were on the third floor and couldn’t hear any of the street noise. Staff was great and hotel felt secure. There was always someone available at the front desk and outside at the valet station. The hotel automatically locks the main doors at 10pm and you need to scan your room key to get back in, and you also need to scan your key in the elevator before going up to any floor which made us feel safe staying here. To top it off the hotel is in a prime location around plenty of food, shopping, bars, and clubs in a very walkable area right on bourbon street. Can’t be beat for the price!

Conveniently located at Canal and Bourbon Street...restaurants, bars and easy walk to Caesars Casino; plus, the mall on the riverfront. Wife and kids felt safe...staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location, Very nice staff but room was infested with bed bugs I got bit alive on my first night there. I was then moved to another room and was told by the overnight manager i would get a one free night stay (Checked in for 3 days total) I never received that then was told by the morning manager I cant get a free night stay because I booked with a third party (Expedia) so she would issue points that would equal to a free night stay... again never got that email or points! terrible communication between managers ...I then called and left multiple voicemails for manager or was told she's unavailable and to call back but still haven't heard back. I Will be contacting Corporate to put in a formal complaint this is unacceptable
