Darlene greeted us at the front desk. She was very nice. The room was very clean. Bathroom was also very clean. Tyrone made us some adult fruit smoothes which were amazing. And was very nice to chat with. Breakfast was very good. More items than a typical conventional breakfast. On check out both Tyrone and the sweet little lady who was there for more than 30 years as I didnt catch her name were so nice as well. Bourbon St is in walking distance. As well as Jackson Square. Parking in the gated garage was nice knowing our car would be safe. Although it is very tight spaces in the garage. We would definitely recommend this hotel as we would stay again.

The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. The lobby is nice. The elevators are not good. The room was really dirty. Like cereal by the headboards from previous guests, dirty carpet, bathroom was really dirty and we felt like we should wear shower shoes it was so gross. Unfortunate because the location was great. But seriously our room was dark and very dirty.
