The desk person during the day was kind and helpful but the lady at the desk at night was a B****. Keys don't work properly, carpet is dirty, beds are hard, breakfast is not long enough. It is over by the time you wake up.

The property needs to be updated. Beds are very old and not comfortable, the first room we tried to check into the AC was broken and not on. Second room was ok. The elevator broke in the middle of the night and someone got stuck in it. We were told at check in we could ask for later check out for $25, in the morning the new front desk person had no idea about any check outs for that price because she always works night shift. Second morning person said there was no such thing and wanted to charge full price for another day to stay past noon. The first morning staff also stated they couldn’t reach anyone to fix the elevator because the maintenance person was not replying to text and calls. Apparently all staff need to be trained so that they are not giving the wrong information.
