Great Hotel around French Quarter

We stayed here for a trip for my daughter's birthday and it was amazing. Ray welcomed us in and offered suggestions of spots to visit and things to do. Ms. Tish was wonderful! Always making sure we had what we needed for breakfast and going the extra mile to sing my daughter happy birthday. The location is right by many attractions and within walking distance to Bourbon St. Cannot recommend it enough.

Confusion

Checked in Super Bowl weekend and paid $7600 for 3 nights for two double beds. They initially gave me a king size bed in a room half the size which was not acceptable. The manager showed my reservation from Expedia, not hotels .com , with a king size selection chosen. After much confusion ,and asking for a refund ,he miraculously came up with the correct room selection(that which was not available upon check-in 15 minutes earlier) .
