I was not pleased the prices crazy high ... I paid 406 for my room then right after the attendant told me upon arrival I'll have to pay a $250 deposit that I was not aware of vs . I went in the city had a roof top pool amazing music paid less for the room and only paid $80 deposite

The best! We always book here! Love the staff. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Love the breakfast just wish it was until 10 not a morning person. But overall I highly recommend it. My kids enjoy the pool. Kid friendly! Safe parking and there is a lot of places near.

Don’t stay here!!!
I asked for a 2nd floor room and was given a.1st floor room. Front desk clerk Adonis had an attitude towards us and had a handyman come to our room and disconnected our tv. When we asked him what was going on with the tv he said the whole hotel was out of tv service which we found out was a lie. We went the 1st day with no tv until the next day when Mike came and re hooked our tv. Mike was awesome and told us it had been disconnected. We will never stay here again. Should get some compensation for this!!!!

Westbank Boy
This is my favorite to stay on the Westbank of New Orleans. The courtyard is cool & the hot breakfast is always great. The hotel is near several great restaurants like Copelands. And, also, near good shopping locations.
