Great place!!
Amazing hotel, great staff, good food, excellent location. Got a room to the street and was noisy at 4:30 in the morning because the trash bins get picked up at that time. Woke me up every day. Highly recomendéis just ask for a room not facing the street.

Nicely updated hotel in the heart of the Quarter. Our room opened onto the pool - which was quite nice... (a bit noisy early morning when staff cleaned and set up the furniture on the pool deck - but only for a moment) Coffee daily is a nice amenity in a location where there is no complimentary breakfast. First day coffee was incredible - so good - but other 3 mornings was very inconsistent... Day two, someone had done the thing where they took coffee to fill a cup before it was done brewing, leaving the brewing to finish and creating a weak pot (big pet peeve - let it brew all the way!!)... and the other days it was off. (as a former barista - we weighed every single filter full to ensure a perfect pot... and never ever ever take a cup before the pot is completely finished or you throw off the entire carafe...) So that's the coffee service... Beds were nice. Shower and amenities all good. Very clean... Loved sitting on the pool patio at night. So pretty out... And morning coffee outside was nice also. Oddly, no art or decor on the walls in the room. Very blank... ? Staff were fantastic - from valet to housekeeping/EVS to reception.Just wonderful. My only other "issue" was the bottled water. SUCH a disappointment to have to take single-use plastic bottles... Would rather you install a filtered reusable water bottle refill station. Provide each room with a plastic pitcher or other means to get water.

Well love the building as in the history and beauty. But all night all u can hear is a dog barking across the hall( had to call front desk to get it to stop. And right now as I am typing this at 7:56 am it is barking again. Not only that but I kept getting woke up with doors slamming and kids run in the hall way!!!

Great location!! Right in back of the Cathedral and steps away from Bourbon street. I was amazed by how quiet it was at night. Traveled with kids and they slept well. Staff was fantastic!! We’re staying here again when we come back!!

Disappointing bar and food service for a hotel of this caliber. Stayed in a suite but furnishings and amenities were sparse room not serviced till 4.30pm. Security overlooked group parties on our floor that went wild till the wee hours of the morning. Great location. Needs some Love to bring her back

The Hotel is fine but we arrived at 1:30 am to no water in the entire hotel. We couldn't flush toilets and brush teeth and shower. It was back on the next day but pretty gross after just flying across the US. It was something that was scheduled so Expedia should have been notified and guests should have had the right to cancel or been credited for the inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful bar with live jazz music, plus a restaurant (we had breakfast there and it was delicious). This hotel is beautiful with great staff and a great location!
