I always read the reviews before I book, but this time I didn’t! I wish I had. The pictures looked nice, but this is not a nice place to stay. The staff were unfriendly. The rooms were old and smelled musty. After we arrived, my daughter wanted a shower but there was almost no water pressure. I went to call the front desk, but the phone cord had been cut off. I called on my phone and the maintenance guy came up. He said the water pressure was fine, but I told him that it dropped down to nothing when turned to hot, but he just sat there with it on cold. I told him again to turn it to the hot. He did, and there was no water pressure. He agreed and asked what I wanted them to do. Uhhh, I’ll change rooms. He left and no one came up or reached out to me. We repacked our stuff and waited, but no one ever came. I finally went down to the office, and the lady at the desk was rude. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. We got a new room and it did water pressure, but it smelled like weed. Ugh. It was such a bad experience. Go somewhere else.

I like that the hotel looked like the pictures. It wasn’t rundown looking or in a bad area. It is close to the airport so you will hear the planes but you’ll have a nice clean room to rest in on your visit.
