Beds were super comfortable. Room was spacious and somewhat clean. Blood stains on one of the mattresses. The bathroom was very slick. The AC did not work well to cool the room but the humidity was very high. We always travel with a small fan and it was a good thing because it helps circulate the air. Breakfast was subpar. What they call Coffee was just hot water. Danishes and other bread products were hard and stale. We went across the street to get coffee from McDonald's and when we came back we've been locked out of our room. I've traveled to New Orleans many times to go on cruises and I've stayed here before. But I won't stay here again. I think there are better options for the same price range.

Rooms were large, modern, recent carpet, diligent maid staff, good hot breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and great location. The airline crews use it which is an industry secret of where to stay.

Clean and friendly. However for an airport hotel, lack of essential serve. The shuttle is out of order. The coffee machine is out of order. The pool is out of order.

Coffee machine out of order. Ice machines out of order. Business center out of order. Pool out of order. Shuttle out of order. Gym out of order. There were signs that literally all amenities were out of order. This messed up my trip tremendously! I needed to use the business center and planned to shuttle. I also planned to use the indoor pool. The shower head in room was filthy. The website did not mention all amenities would be unavailable. I have pictures of all of the out of order signs hung around the building like decorations. I feel I wasted my money and would not have selected this room had I now n everything would be out of order

We had a positive B stay because of the convenience to the city of New Orleans and the breakfast and parking. I recommend staying there if you are not to demanding about older hotels that serve their purpose.
