Amended stay, 15-19 October. On arrival room not suitable, the layout meant that you could only get into either of the queen beds from one side - too close to the wall the other side. Rooms are being renovated, ours was not one of them. Moved to another room and got an electric shock from the bathroom outlet. Finally took a room with one king bed. Nell, at the front desk reception went out of her way to accommodate us and advised us that the manager would contact us and compensate us for the first night's stay. He didn't, despite reminding Nell the next day and still hadn't when we left. Very good staff, non existent manager - not the way to promote business.
