The front desk rep couldnt find my reservation so he charged me full price for the night. He was nice and gave excellent customer service. At 5am in the morning you could hear people slamming their front doors. We enjoyed their breakfast and time there overall. The ceiling in our room was patched up and painted over. Other than that the room looked great.

The rooms still in remodeling, we got a room with a bad smell of cigarette. We got chenge to a suite and the TV was not working, there was no fridge or microwave like in the other room. Not a really good experience.
I'm conflicted here. Staff was great! No issue there.
Found a wig in the couch, so clearly it wasn't clan.
The A/C unit had mold, which seemed to be sprayed down with bleach. The water pressure in the showers were horrible. Seemed safe, no issues. It was cheap so you get what you pay for.
Awful experience at this hotel! The staff was extremely rude! The room was dirty, and the fridge still had drinks from the last guest. The TV was broken. I asked for help with the TV and to clean the fridge, but they were rude and never came to fix anything.

Decent hotel for the price and considering everything else around town was either booked or triple because of Mardi Gras which is to be expected. Asked to change rooms because of a funky smell on checking into and the agent at the desk was very nice and allowed us to do so. It’s not a terrible place to stay, it’s not a super nice place either. Comfortable enough for our trip and overall got what we paid for.

Repairs needed to building inside and out. The pictures that are on Expedia are not what the property looks like in person. Also Main elevator is out of order so you have to use a service elevator which is not in the best condition.
We reserved 6 rooms for the Superbowl. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. But the facilities were very dirty. The water in a few rooms started off black out of the showers. Rooms smelled musty and were slippery. Carpets were stained, ac units broken and elevator was clunky. Paid premium price for an old dirty hotel.
