Repairs needed to building inside and out. The pictures that are on Expedia are not what the property looks like in person. Also Main elevator is out of order so you have to use a service elevator which is not in the best condition.
We reserved 6 rooms for the Superbowl. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. But the facilities were very dirty. The water in a few rooms started off black out of the showers. Rooms smelled musty and were slippery. Carpets were stained, ac units broken and elevator was clunky. Paid premium price for an old dirty hotel.
I feel like we were catfished on this hotel. It looks great in pictures, but this was set off BEHIND a Waffle House. The elevators sounded like they were going to fall through the floors. Very Loud. Our bathroom had dirty towels still in the room. The beds are ROCK HARD. I literally was taking alieve every morning from sleeping on this hard bed. I didnt even attempt to eat at the restaurant. I have never been so happy to leave a hotel as I was when I left.
My room was changed several times due to every room being filthy…. After the 3rd room I just requested a refund and cancellation and was still charged for a night although I didnt stay for even 30 mins…. This place needs to shut down

This was an older country inn. The door locks were not working. It looked like the hotel was recently purchased and they are renovating it while people are staying in the hotel.
The best part of this property hands-down was the service. Everyone was so nice and accommodating; no issues there. The only issue that I had which really wasn’t the facilities fault. Apparently we stayed there after a freak storm in the south and the pipes were being worked on. There was no water pressure in our rooms. so they moved us to two other rooms and that worked out. The facility needs some improvement. For example some of the electric socket covers needed to be replaced or screwed back into the wall because they were falling off. Faucet fixtures need to be remounted some where rusted. Caulk needed to be removed and replaced on the bathtub. Just a few examples. Need some updating, facility is dated.
We had to change rooms twice very inconvenient first time are door was broken would not close or lock then second time our shower didn’t work it was ver inconvenient and disappointing I would not referre it to anyone and some of the staff were very rude and not helpful we were very disappointed won’t visit again….
Lady at the front desk was really nice but we checked in and checked right back out. It was dirty. The entire hotel smelled like like weed including the room. It was not clean. The phones didn’t work, others working at the hotel
