Water didn't flow from the shower properly, all but one staff member was attentive. It was no big deal to the person preparing the breakfast that food was not available. Lights in the entryway and bathroom sis not work.
I’m sorry to say that I can’t recommend this hotel. The location was great but the hotel needs major work. Our bathtub had the fsucey an inch out of the wall and o couldn’t get cold water, so showers were pretty hot. The sink was ok though..(?) my husband did ok with the bed but I woke up with a backache each morning. At the front desk, they said, if your room isn’t good, I’ll switch you. I thought that was odd u til my friend ran into trouble and had to change rooms 3 times. 1st room- toilet broken. Next 2 rooms, Thea/C was screeching. Generally, it’s run down. Breakfast was not too good- not much variety and the cooked food didn’t smell good. We asked for nearby food and got a list of restaurants with phone numbers only. We found a number of good places just beyond the freeway overpass, but none of those were listed.
This place was horrible from the leaking molding lobby roof in the greeting hall to the smelly lobby. The room carpeting is disgusting to say the least. The place looked and smelled ghetto. Please don’t waste your time going.
The toilet tank wouldn’t fill up on its own. I had to take the top off to jiggle a part in it so the toilet would flush. Also, the shower water knob had needed to be replaced as it would turn off but made noises. The air conditioner was mediocre and didn’t get too cold. The room was damp and humid. However, the staff was friendly.
My non-verbal autistic son was laying on blood stained sheets. Ive reached out for a manager for days and cant seem to contact anyone. DO NOT stay here.

The lighting in the parking lot was poor. The facility is a little outdated.
We stayed there three nights. We were comfortable enough. Had what we needed. For the price of the stay we cant complain much. The experience in New Orleans made up for it.

Ice machine broken, water everywhere near the front lobby area. Slow attendance for room service.
Our check in was fine, and our room was fine at first glance. We checked in around 6pm and left a little earlier for 4th of July fireworks downtown. When we returned around 10pm a truck was in the parking lot setting off fireworks surrounded by guest cars for about 25 minutes. No one from Hotel staff did anything to stop them. We needed to use the pull out sofa but after removing the cushions and noticing how dirty the top of the pull out bed was our son slept directly on the couch in a sleeping bag he brought. Our sleep experience was fine. No noise or disruptions. However, we woke up to find an infestation of termites in the room, mainly the bathroom but also throughout the whole room. They were either dead or half alive on the floors, bathtub and window sills. After looking around the room we found what might be a nest in the corner of the room. We couldn’t take a shower because they were all over the tub. We approached the front desk and all they had to say was there was nothing they could do because management takes off on the weekends and cleaner (who was described as a Jamaican lady, as if that mattered somehow) doesn’t come until 8am.
We decided to walk over to the breakfast area. It was 6:50am at this time. I tried opening the door which was shut. There was an employee in the breakfast area watching me struggle to open the door and eventually she screamed at me “we don’t open until 7!” Rolled her eyes and walked away. Front desk only made excuses for her behavior.
