There was a lot of Moisture in our room - no ventilation in the room - window completely blocked - damaged carpet - bathroom was not clean - the conditions of the elevator was terrible - at 8.40 am - there was no more eggs for breakfast - they had to have security around the building because of how dangerous the area is. Avoid this hotel and the location - it should not be listed on Expedia.

I will NEVER stay at this property again. First of all when we came in the door there was a strong smell of dog, and I was sick. The elevator was broken, but it happens. We had to use the freight elevator, but the stairs weren’t available either. So if there was an emergency we would have to use the one elevator. Our room… they looked like the did try to make some upgrades, but the bathroom. The door had a hole where it was either punched or kicked in. And I could see why, because the door wouldn’t close properly, so if you made it close all the way you would be stuck in the bathroom. There was peeling paint down the side of the wall….a hole where the opening of the shower head was. There was caulk or paint everywhere in the tub…. You get the idea. The breakfast was a joke. One waffle maker, eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, stale cereal. That’s it…. I tried calling Expedia to ask to be moved out because we were there for four nights, but they didn’t have any other options for us available at the time because of the holiday and the football game. Like I said before NEVER again!!!

The window was missing half the curtain do the bright sun wouldn’t allow us to rest. The restroom door did not have a door knob. Property very outdated.

The bathroom floor looked like someone pooped on the grout. Had to wear sandals to use the bathroom. The floor was so dirty it made your feet black in no time. Hadn’t been mopped in months. Crackheads outside late at night.

Great place to stay for a small getaway. Price is reasonable. Looks as if they are in the process of renovating but for the most part, it’s a good place. Microwave did not work in room. Line is extremely long for breakfast and the food kept running out because amount of people outweight the amount of food. Mattress is firm. For the most part, I have no complaints other than what I said. Good place.

The staff was very friendly!!! The main elevator wasn't working, the laundry room was out of service, the linens were clean but the room(carpet) just felt dirty. The tub was painted in places, there were fingerprints on the walls and the furniture was broken. Needs updated badly.

Trash hotel
Where do we start. The outside of the hotel is run down the key pad for side door doesn't work. Once you get Inside the elevator doesn't work so you have to use the service elevator. The laundry is out of order. Once up to our room the door fell off the hinge, had to pick up on it to close it. The toilet seat was hanging off and there's rust on the metal inside the room. Tried to change our reservation from two nights to one. The front desk said the manager would have to do it in the morning. The bed was comfortable this the two stars. The next morning 8am we went for breakfast. Out of everything, when I mean everything I mean nothing was left. According to other guest that braved a 2nd day they were out the day before also. Idk who's leaving those excellent reviews but don't believe them. The place is trash. Kiki manager was helpful and let us escape the 2nd night. We weren't the only people running from a 2nd night. We ran into another couple leaving in the elevator.

This is a nice and convenient place to stay. Itis closer to downtown. Service needs to be looked at, many of the items in break fast were unavailable (Ran out of it for 2 days).
