The rooms were very clean, staff was understanding, friendly and helpful except for the manager who refused to let us get a late check out. It was Mardi Gras and we were to intoxicated to hop on the rode and drive 16hrs so we had to find somewhere to go. Other than that the hotel exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ivy was the best staff member ever. We appreciate her service. The hotel was also very beautiful with so many added bonuses like the fire pit, laundry service and free breakfast.

Breakfast was not good at all. Eggs watery and felt every morning was egg and sausage that were over heated that they were hard. Need more variety? bacon ham not just pork sausage . Then the lady in the breakfast area was so rude

Horrible Manager & hotel policy for using the business center which was not conducive to work in. They said I could not have a cup of coffee near a $100 printer. What workstation in any org doesn’t let you drink a cup of coffee by a monitor. I was using the business center cause the internet in my suite was terrible
