Could not check in when I arrived because rooms were not ready. The person in line before me had the same room type and his was not ready either. Was told I would be texted when my room was ready which did not happen. Was not able to use the hotel room we paid for to get ready for an engagement that was the reason for the trip. A girls fun trip to City Park. Staying in Metairie is a perfect location without the hassle and cost of New Orleans. It’s a very unique clean and convenient property. We were pleasantly surprised we definitely returned.

The property is well taken care of, food wasn’t that bad actually and I like the idea of having a different menu every day. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because we had to wait 1 hr before getting our room. I have 2 kids so it was hard to keep them under control after a long day at the airport and had issues with clean towels. But the staff was really nice to us and they tried their best. I would recommend since the area is quiet and near New Orleans
