I booked two rooms specifically requesting that they be adjoining as I was staying with my children. We were checked in and were not given the adjoining rooms. When we returned to the front desk to tell them about the issue we were given two rooms that were connected. However these were handicap rooms and had no bath tubs. My youngest are not old/able to take showers and the rooms I booked online were w tubs. When I went back to the desk I was informed that they had already changed our rooms once and would not change them again. THE ROOMS WOULD HAVE NEVER NEEDED CHANGING HAD THEY BEEN ASSIGNED AS BOOKED. I am still flabbergasted at home a mistake on their part became our families problem! For the amount of money and prior notice they had to fulfill these request- it’s problematic to say the least. Not to mention how rude the young night clerk girl was… had this been a problem of our own making then it’s understandable to not accommodate- but this was 100% on them/her. Will never be staying at this property again.

Room was very nice and clean. Great selection of food in the breakfast area. Room was very quiet at night. Only downfall was the desk clerk when we checked in. Not friendly or helpful.

The suites well worth the extra price. Suites were separate from courtyard. Suites less occupied, more space between rooms, and quieter. Suites were what a hotel feels like vs Courtyard very motel like. Suites=Sweet.

Good for the price
Firstly, it would have been nice if the front desk had informed us that our elevator was out of order before giving us a room on the 3rd floor. I have knee problems, but we used the stairs and couldn’t find another elevator anywhere near our room. Secondly, the room had a moldy odor. The bathroom was clean and stocked with towels. Overall, a decent place to stay.
