Good hotel but could get very noisy

The hotel is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel many times. But this the guests were really noisy. They stayed up late and then they stood in front of my room talking loudly before 8 o'clock in the morning. The room has no sound proof at all. I didn't get much sleep for the 2 nights I stayed there

Not so good stay :-(

Our two night stay started on the wrong foot. We wasn't able to check in early (wanted to check in around 2pm). They said the rooms wasn't ready...really? After the first night 1. We realize our refrigerator froze everything we put in there so they had to replace the fridge which I realize that wasn't their fault. 2. Our toilet started leaking when flushed (or what it seems like to us). Called the front desk, they sent someone to look at it (same individual who replaced the fridge). He flushed it a couples of times and said "see no leaking" and left like we was lying. Called and asked if we could have another room but was told they was all booked up. Asked to speak with a manager but one wouldn't be on site till the next morning around 7am. The only thing this hotel has going for them is the garden terrace in my opinion.

On our 2nd day housekeeping came into our room, was not requested. Emptied our trash and took all of our towels, both the ones on the floor as well as the ones hanging to be reused and did not replace them. After a long hot day, we returned to our room to bathe and rest, we had no towels. I called the front desk, the front desk agent(D....) told me, I will put a message in for housekeeping, however, she does not speak English and will probably not understand it. After 45 minutes I call back the front desk agent, she told me she did all that she could do. I asked for the Supervisor, she said there was none on Site. One of the guests staying in my room, went downstairs and the front desk agent told her, I've spoken with the Manager of the hotel,(G...g). She handled it correctly we just had to wait until the housekeeping staff saw and responded to the message. After another 30 minutes, I called the Choice Hotel Corporate line, explained the situation, they put me on hold for 2 minutes and within 5 minutes we heard a very light know on the door and we had towels hanging on our door knob.

Don’t Stay Here!

I recently stayed at this hotel in New Orleans, and it was a big disappointment. The property is extremely outdated and in desperate need of major renovations. The carpets in the hallways were filthy, door frames were rotting, and the overall vibe felt more like a rundown motel than a proper hotel. The online photos are very misleading—they make the place look modern and well-kept, which couldn’t be further from reality. The breakfast was also underwhelming—boxed eggs, very limited options, and it ended at 9:30 a.m., which is much earlier than most hotels I’ve stayed at (typically 10:30). On top of all that, the prices were absolutely ridiculous for the condition of the place. Definitely not worth what they’re charging. I wouldn’t stay here again!
