The staff was very courteous and the the room was nicely cleaned ! I wish to especially commend and praise the excellent service and professionalism of wonderful lady named " Rochelle" who worked in the breakfast cafe. During my muti-week stay at the Country Inn, Rochelle was unfailingly polite, kind and helpful. She was very attentive to the operation of the breakfast room and had a great attitude every day that I enjoyed my morning meal. She also deserves special mention because on the morning of September 20th, I suffered a fainting spell and blacked out in the breakfast room while chatting with Rochelle. As I fell, Rochelle caught me so as to prevent my head from hitting the floor, and suffering a potential head injury. Having had some previous nursing training, Rochelle stayed by me until others relocated me to a chair, then a sofa. Thereafter, an EMT who happened to be staying at the hotel , stayed with me until the ambulance arrived and transported me the the hospital. It was Rochelle's quick action that protected me from what could've been a serious fall. Accordingly, I wish to specially commend Rochelle to you for her excellent service and assistance, in every regard. Sincerely, M.M. Simpson

We arrived at 10:00pm and the front door was locked. We could see there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell and knocked for 10 minutes but no one ever came, so we were forced to find a new hotel.

Sadly this is NOT your typical Country Inn and suites. It is 3 separate buildings with a fenced courtyard in between them. The rooms open outside and not securely in one main building so if people are celebrating loudly in the courtyard and you’re going to sleep early - forget about it . The rooms smell musky and the curtains over the AC unit have mold on them from moisture build up. The bath room doors in room 307 have blood spots on them and the towels were damp when we were ready to shower that evening. This would be a 1out of 5 for us as far as this chain of hotels. Sorely disappointed that the staff greeted us several seconds after she finished watching videos on her personal phone. We arrived at 2:34 pm and check in was 3 pm. She said room wasn’t ready so we waited in lobby. 2 other couples came in 5-6 minutes after us to be told the same thing . Just say the truth - the hotel wouldn’t be kind and courteous and let any of us check in until 3pm. You can’t seriously think ALL the rooms at the stroke of 3 pm would become ready! What’s disappointing is if you take a little effort and let your customers check in 10-20 minutes early it stands to reason they are probably a little happy since most want to relax and begin their stay. When companies choose to do this and customers begin to gather in your lobby and start sharing their experiences believe me it won’t end good for your reviews. Customer service that goes above and beyond is what matters. Don’t waste your money.

The staff in the Dining are Rude and with nasty attitude. The name Stefanie assigned in the dining breakfast (10/13/25) is so rude.. I get 2 bananas for ma and my husband and she got mad at me. Shout at me in front of some other guest bec of that bananas that’s unacceptable..She is so races, she bullied me. I always on vacation with hotel accommodation this is first time happened to me... I would not recommend this hotel to other guest..

The staff was unfriendly. The check in the young lady did not greet us, was very dry, felt like we were annoying her. we greeted them and they would not respond. I checked out, didn’t ask me how it was, gave me my receipt and I said thank you, it was like talking to the wall. We overheard chatter between them fussing about guests. Seemed like all the employees were not happy at all.

Clean clean clean ..... had fitness room, pool and laundry! Breakfast was fresh and they brought out more when it got low. We had the wrong room, the manager got us the right room with no problems. The front desk ladies were great !
