Conveniently located within the French Qtrs, but not in the middle of the noise. Hotel was clean and recently updated. Staff was great too. It'll definitely be where we stay our next time back.

The staff were SO kind and attentive to my 6-year-old son. It's a great place to stay with a family -- walkable to all kinds of attractions and very close to transit. The room itself was clean and spacious. It was a nice refuge after full days of exploring the city!

Good location, close to Bourbon Street and other walkable areas. Staff friendly and helpful. Muffins at $7.00 in the "cafe" inside are overpriced so I went to bakery across the street. The toilet was prone to running (may need repair) - we would jiggle the handle and it would usually stop. We booked through Expedia and were to get free parking, which we disussed with valets (we did tip them) and the front desk, but they still charged us for one day of parking, which they reversed after I called them when we returned home to Seattle.

Perfect location just outside of the Bourbon Street scene. The location is within walking distance to all things in the French Quarter. Beautiful, spacious & modern rooms! You have to valet your car to park there & that is very pricey. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. A very friendly staff! Will visit again with my wife!

Great location and clean hotel. You can pretty much walk to Bourbon, but not be in the craziness of Bourbon. Property is a bit tricky to navigate as there are construction and road closures close to the hotel. We receive a late checkout with no cost and turndown service every day. Large room with a pullout couch in a separate space. Hotel bar prices were some of the cheaper prices in the area. Only thing lacking is a pool (can use the Ritz' but it's an exercise pool).
