Check in was fast and efficient. Room and bathroom clean but the bed is hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a brick. Other than hard bed I would recommend hotel.

I went there to see New Orleans and relax, however when we got there the room floor was dirty and sticky, at night when we tried to sleep kids were running, screaming and slamming doors. When we checked out we forgot some clothes in the drawer, we called soon after, they called us back after 2 or 3 hours saying there were no clothes!!!! Fishy !!!Since the room was not rented yet, we asked them to check with the cleaning lady, they said she was off and there was nothing in the lost and found conveniently. Never again if I can’t trust the hotel staff.
