My room was infested with nets everywhere. On the bed, ceiling, walls and bathroom.. Very disappointing. The gentleman that was on post working the night I checked in was very nice.

First off there was no TV, the refrigerator was broken, there were hot wires hanging out the wall. Then my son took a shower and the words you must die 666 was on the mirror then God below it. Was a nightmare hotel.

Not the worst but not the best. The cleanliness needs improvement. The place overall looks quite shabby and unkempt. There were 2 small roaches. Didn’t ruin my night but it certainly wasn’t pleasant either. Staff were all very kind and accommodating. Close to shopping center.

Dirty, hair dryer didnt work, no remote for tv, card key failed 6 times, the check in girl couldn't get off the phone to check us in. Window licks were broken, king size bed 3 tiny half pillows. Big mistake staying there

Trash all around the property homeless people making themselves comfortable in the picnic tables. It appears management sets out food for the stray cats overgrown fenced-off areas next to property. Bugs need I say more. Noticed TV didn't have a remote ask for one at front desk and go oh they didn't tell you none of it works so sorry. Two nights in a row woke up by people fighting between 3:00 and 4:00 a.m.. Breakfast is coffee and sometimes donuts don't always expect to have sugar and cream at the same time. Sometimes I travel I don't mind staying econo... But I expect a safe clean environment that has basic amenities.

Room looked clean, beds were clean, towels were good for exfoliating. Hotel is being remodeled so there were somethings still being done. However, shower head fell off while showering, electrical tape on toliet seat, and blood on the ceiling!!!

When I checked in I got there early so I asked them if I can check in early they said yes but it is going to be a $20 check-in fee I said that's fine I paid them they gave me a key to my room went to the room The room wasn't cleaned so I went back down to the front desk they said I have to wait like 20 minutes so they can clean the room we waited finally got our room later that night I saw a roaches coming out of the pictures I saw like eight roaches all night the next morning I told front desk we are getting roaches really bad in our room then moved us to a different room we looked around and see no roaches in that room and then we went to use the bathroom sit on the toilet seat and the toilet seat cracked so I had to go back down to front desk let them know that we need a replacement on the toilet seat and when I told them that they was getting frustrated because they have to contact maintenance to replace a new toilet seat half an hour later maintenance replace toilet seat then the next day in the morning try to go get breakfast and the waffle batter machine is messing up or you can't get batter out of the container The breakfast was terrible I had a bad experience at this hotel

Although decorated like the pics, the floor was dirty, the tv did not work, odor in the room... had to run ac to make the smell go away. MetL frame of bed creaked like it was going to collapse every time i moved. I've had better for less. $$

The picture are not a good idea of the hotel and how it looks. Upon arrival and having going through the complete check in process they then let us know that the TV was not working in the rooms and it was nothing they could do about it. The beds are uncomfortably and the pillows are like throw in pillows for a couch. Would not recommend!!!!
