For the most part, everything was great. One of the elevators held us on the third floor for about 30 seconds once, but they were repairing it the next day after someone got stuck for longer. The commode wouldn't flush, but they moved us and were very kind. The ladder on the th pool was broken, but it was repaired the next day. Though things broke, they were repaired right away, which was great.

The Location was great! Very easy access to the street car stations. There was a $35 fee per night for parking in the garage, which was okay as it had very easy access from the garage to the hotel rooms with a separate elevator. They had a brief dinner in the evenings that would save you from eating out and was pretty delicious and enough!

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to a suite at no additional and done by the hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks on the evening and the food offered was excellent. We also enjoyed the wonderful breakfast offered each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel and all of the Drury facilities. We stayed in 3 of them (Austin, Tx and Birmingham, Al)

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast and kick back meal were very good!! The customer service is wonderful here. It is in a great walking location to many shops and restaurants.
