I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this was definitely the dirtiest. Housekeeping does not even pretend to care. Sticky stuff splattered up multiple walls, bedding had huge stains all over it, counters had clearly not been wiped down after several different guest and it stinks as soon as you walk in
The hotel is NOT even 5% of what it looks like in the photos. From the reception to the room, it was very dirty. When we got to the room, it was like watching a horror movie. The mattresses were dirty, the floor, the bathroom had dead flies on the ceiling. It is a hotel for after parties because we couldn't sleep.
This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We did not even stay the night. We left and are fighting for our money back. We were supposed to be there for 6 nights. The smell of the lobby was like sewage, there was mold and covered up holes. My husband and I think that they kicked long term tenants out to make more money during the TS concert, because people were loading their cars with junk, and the rooms were disgusting. Do not stay here.
Property is in bad shape. Dirty grounds garbage everywhere. Broken toilet seat no first aid for customers. Only offer coffee

Will not stay there again
By far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Absolutely DISGUSTING – infested with bugs, lizards, etc. No hot water, sheets were clearly used. Loud noises awoke us at random hours in the night. Staff is miserable, I had to book a new hotel.
DO NOT ever stay here. This place should honestly be shut down for numerous healthcode violations. If I could give it negative five stars I would. STAY AWAY at all costs.
Walking in the lobby smelled like vomit. The blankets on the bed had cigarette burn marks and stains. Hole in the restroom ceiling. We styed for 2 nights. Both nights there was someone (rumor it was an employee) with a noise maker at random times at night. Both nights the fire alarm got pulled. My daughter's felt unsafe at this location. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
We had multiple things wrong with the room. We made countless calls and stopped by the front desk multiple times to speak to a manager and nothing was ever done or resolved. I do not recommend staying here.
