Solid and great location
Stayed after a cruise. They allowed me to check in early which was a god send. Our room was clean. We had some problem with water draining in the shower, we called for help, no one came but we got it fixed.

There were 6 rooms on the 2 reservations. The hotel was very confused as people arrived at different times to check in. By the time our delayed flight got there, they didn't think Michelle had a reservation. After 20 minutes and getting the room numbers of everyone, we finally got a room.

Unfortunately our room initially had a musty odor so I opened the door.. but bugs in the room.. I killed at least 4 and my daughter 2.. then there was a leak from the sink in the main hallway. Lastly we weren’t given any toilet paper or tissues.. ran out of both.. housekeeping did not bring up when asked and then if we wanted more we needed to come to the front desk… however when my son asked he was told know.. not very hospitable.. sorry.

Super Hotel - great amenities and location!
This hotel was perfect for our stay in NOLA prior to our cruise. The price was great, the location was perfect - short walk to port, it had a great breakfast and BONUS - when we arrived it was Happy Hour and each person in our room got two free drinks and they had snacks! Wow!
