Expensive valet, it’s the only option to deal with a car. The staff expected a tip every time we picked up the car as well. The room’s A/C was broken, the hot water didn’t work, the faucet leaked in the shower and paint was peeling. Fixtures were all cheap, and the bed was squeaky. Very disappointing. The elevator clunked and felt sketchy every time it went past the 6th floor, and lobby smelled of feces. Not even kidding.

It’s so amazing and the valet parking was even better for me and my family. It just take forever for the refund to get back on my card because I know for a fact everything was perfect as the way we came that’s how we left it!!!!!!

The property was clean and staff super friendly. The room was very big! Downside; The pool was not available to use and the HVAC in the room was extremely loud the walls are pretty thin I could hear my neighbors whole phone conversation while I was sitting on the couch. But at night in the bedroom it was very peaceful!

Had a great time, air conditioning unit went out in the middle of the night.., called in the morning, within 30 minutes they addressed the problem and fixed it. Always have an excellent time.and stay, friendly staff, awesome breakfast and Happy Hour!!
