Clean, convenient place to stay in NOLA
The hotel was in a perfect location for our purposes and allowed us to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was a great distraction for the kiddos during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and unexpectedly high quality. We were disappointed that our two drink vouchers would not provide a bottle of drinking water. Alcohol is free but we had to pay for a bottle of drinking water.

Pros : Breakfast ( omelette station ) is top 1 highlight . And HH drinks is complimentary. We ordered piña colada ( Virgin ) kids are happy . Cons : Waiting for valet took a LONG while . We checked in on 8/23/2024 and stayed one night in room 205. Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed the evening reception and had a lovely breakfast. After breakfast we went back to our room to shower and pack up to go to airport to return home, this is when everything went bad. The bathtub faucet or shower did not work at all. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance after awhile. After he checked it out and determined that the faucet did not work, he ended up opening the room next to us for us to go into and shower. He did all he could and we had to just settle for it. My husband is blind and switching rooms to take a shower in a room that was completely backwards to the room he had just became somewhat familiar with was very unacceptable, therefore I couldn't do anything to get ready like packing while he showered because I had to stay in they room next door with him while he showered. It made it even more difficult for him being a blind traveler. At check out I expressed my disappointment with the bathtub faucet. She asked what room and said she would contact maintenance, not sorry nothing. I would like to know how the housekeeping could have cleaned the tub with no water and how Embassy Suites could expect someone to pay for a room that did not have water in the tub!!! We normally love staying at Embassy Suites when traveling. I am re-thinking that after how the person at the reception desk treated this matter.

Front desk leate forgot the name. The lady was very helpful and very nice. She checked me in and out with her corteous manner. Love to stay here again. Highly recommended! Very nice view on our room with balcony (1603). Huge and clean room with sofa bed.
