Great place to stay in the French Quarter for the Bourbon Street experience. We had a balcony and it was a great view of Bourbon Street. Only bad thing, the noise, but if you don’t like noise, don’t stay on Bourbon!

The hotel, room, pool, and staff were excellent. It is on Bourbon Street, though, so it is very noise at night and dirty due to the large number of tourists.

Property was good just a little dated had issues with the air conditioner. I looked at the filter. It had approximately a quarter of an inch of dust on the filter. I could see it through the grades they came up changed the filter. It dropped 2° but never cooled below 70°. Everything else was fine.
