The building was lovely, the staff very friendly and pleasant and the pool was well-maintained and nice. The room wasn't cleaned the whole weekend which they warned me about at checkin. Because of the location, it was LOUD until about 3am both Friday and Saturday. If you're traveling with small kids you might want to pick a different place. I didn't feel great about safety walking back to the hotel with my 12-year-old but would be a great location if you came without kids to celebrate.

The stay was amazing minus the fact that I did have to get moved because I had no hot water and they could not fix it and also there in the new room their was this loud banging noise that sounded like a bowliing ball rolling that woke me up at 7am each day.

The location is perfect if you want to immerse yourself in all the action around Bourbon Street, enjoy meals at the famous Tested Restaurant, and explore the historic Old Singh area. Everything was within walking distance, which made our trip very convenient and full of experiences. That said, be aware that the area can get quite noisy—especially at night. It’s probably not the best choice for those looking for a peaceful or relaxing getaway. But if you’re coming for the vibrant energy and events, this is definitely the place to be. The hotel itself was clean and safe, and the building carries a charming historic feel that fits perfectly with the character of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking to be right in the heart of the action. ⸻ Let me know if you want a more casual or formal version!
