We loved the character of this hotel. The courtyard was beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The best location you could have, centrally located in the quarter but being on Decatur, was very easy for cabs to pick us up.

Room is clean and environment is really convenience to go cruising or street car. All stuffs are so kind and historical building is also interesting. But no hair dryer in the bathroom.

Wayne and Sammy were our favorites. They gave us some history about the property and was very helpful. The only thing I would change is the checkout times. For example I would offer later checkout times for people whose flights are later like ours were. That’s really the only thing I would recommend. This place was great

We had such a wonderful time, in no small part due to the excellent staff there. (Thank you to Wayne for letting us in our room early) Everywhere at the inn we were greeted with smiling faces and helpful info about where to go and what to see. Only minor issue was not having a microwave handy in the room but the one by the pool worked fine for us. We were also surprised at how clean everything was, the staff made sure our rooms were cleaned daily and we had fresh linen and toiletries. Thank you again, we will be back!!

Great staff and great hotel just a bit difficult to get in to until you park. Good parking across the street but you have to check in first to use it and there isn’t much room to stop in front of the hotel to go in and check in.

We loved the hotel! We had a petite room and it was perfect for our stay. We loved the exposed brick in the room. There is an adorable courtyard with a pool. The staff was great and so helpful. We had a view of the Mississippi River and could hear the steamboat whistle. The location made it easy to walk to Bourbon St., Jackson Square, and the downtown area. Quick Uber ride to the Superdome too. Great food all around. There is even a little kiosk across the street that can help you with tours around the city.
