The gals at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I loved the location being centralized in the french district, yet away from the craziness. Enjoyed being able to walk most everywhere. I would highly recommend this place and if we return to New Orleans, i would definitely stay here again. *only negative: tile on shower floor needs a good bleach or comet soak. Everything else was pristine.

This is our second time staying at The French Market Inn. Elysia and Harry were excellent. Loved that they knew us by name every time we came down or called for anything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the true essence of New Orleans. The location is unbeatable—it’s right in the heart of the French Quarter, just steps away from Jackson Square, Café du Monde, and Bourbon Street. The proximity to all the major attractions made it so convenient to explore New Orleans. The historic charm of the property is what really sets it apart. We enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard and the room was cozy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and full of local tips to enhance our trip. Highly recommend this hotel !

Classic French Quarter hotel. Exactly what I was looking for. But, because it was older, I was pleasantly surprised that it was so clean and comfortable. The staff was beyond friendly.
