The hotel could use a makeover. Definitely old. Staff was great though
The room was sooooo musty and full of mildew that I had to leave and get another room at another hotel. Spent about three hours in the room and it got to the point where I almost couldn’t breathe. Bathroom was disgusting as were the appliances and carpet. Would never ever stay there again. Only good thing was the guy at the front desk. He was very nice and accommodating but that doesn’t make up for anything I described above.
The staff was nice room was nice not to bad of a price went for the eras tour and they were all decorated out lots of swifties and positive energy and were able to check in early to get ready
Great staff ! Wonderful breakfast ! ! Clean , clean, clean… very pleased !

The room was not like my other room I stayed in previously there. The door half closed and was hard to open and closed. Like someone had busted up in there before
Everyone was nice, but the room doors are so heavy and I was leaving for my daughter’s wedding and the door caught my right foot and I went straight to the ground.
All the staff are wonderful. I can’t give enough praise to Emily. She prepares everything with the continental breakfast. I had a spill and she above & beyond on helping me get me cleaned up. Thank you Emily.

Room was mostly clean and comfortable but, the AC barely worked and the carpets were so dirty they felt waxy and sticky.
