It’s a no for me…

I'm not sure what can be done now but I'm extremely Unhappy. We checked in late (9:45)bc we drove 4 hrs to be here for our 2 year old daughter's surgery and as soon as we walked in the room and hall there was a huge shock to the nose all we smelled was weed. Also our room temperature was not working properly, we sweated our butts off until 5am when we checked out. For $115 I could've stayed somewhere else that didn't have these problems especially with my 2 year old.

This hotel is near the cruise terminal. We booked it after the cruise with intentions of getting some of new Orleans’ wonderful food and catching a Mardi Gras parade. Unfortunately, the day after we arrived it rained and all the parades were cancelled. Go figure. This is a very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

As soon as we checked in we had to call about a problem with the facilities, maintenance had to com attempt to fix the issue only to have to be moved to anode room at five in the morning on our last night.

Perfect for a Weekend Stay

The hotel staff went out of their way to help us. The location is walkable to many restaurants and attractions. There is a restaurant and bar on site and snack options available also.
