Worst room in Hilton inventory. Looks like they found a janitorial closet and tried to make it a room. Door was hard to open (it swung outwards) no closet, bathroom had no place to put toiletries, bolted together pipes for hanging clothes. Plus-phone didn’t ring and alarm didn’t work. Nearly missed our flight

Disappointing check in
Our check in experience was awful. We arrived late at night, and in spite of having prepaid for a room, the first clerk told us there was no room available. After several minutes, she said she found us a room. This entire time, the woman who checked us in as well as two other employees behind the desk were chatting with each other and on their cell phones. We tried to be friendly toward this woman, but she was extremely apathetic and acted like she didn’t care at all. We know it was late at night and she probably had a long day, but this was an unfortunate way to be treated after a long travel day ourselves.
