Beware room 318!
Check in is always a breeze at this location. Room 318 has an issue with musty, mildew odor. The room appears clean and squared away. The cover to the A/C fell to the floor in the middle of the night. Brought my straight out bed! Thought someone was coming in through the window! Enjoyed an appetizer at the newly remodeled bar. LaSalle is a beautiful, stunning whiskey bar of sorts. Check out the cheese pull on the spinach artichoke dip! That’s was delicious! Drinks are spot on as well! This is the perfect lay over for airport travelers!

Ok but could be better
It was fine but the reception and lobby area was very cold even the staff had coats on The restaurant area staff were friendly but not enough we had to wait a long time for food and there were not many people Lastly there were no luggage trolleys available so had to to the car and up and the lift multiple times for all the luggage we had. This was very tiring

Perfect location to rental car return. This was important since it takes a 20 minute shuttle to get to the airport. Very nice, clean, large open lobby. Rooms are good with Crabtree and Evelyn products. Comfortable quiet rooms.

I loved this hotel. It is beautiful, clean and spacious. The restaurant served great food and drinks. The manager (Ty) was amazing. The was an issue with the fridge in my room so she gave me a complimentary entree, appetizer and drink to replace the food I had in the fridge. Ty and the staff were great! They were attentive and patient. I would definitely recommend staying here.
