I did not like that I booked with Expedia to save money and ended up paying more!!!! I was informed when checking in that I would NOT be able to utilize any of my Hilton benefits and I would be charged an additional daily fee for booking with a third party!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

This property is connected to Riverwalk Outlets and there is an entrance to the Cruise Terminal from the Outlets. Very convenient for those who are cruising. A good .8 mile walk to French Quarter. Nice restaurant below. My room was spacious, but the pipes were old. Turning on the cold or hot water created a noise in the walls. We were here 3 nights and in the lobby near 5pm, they had holiday cookies, mini cupcakes, drink, & jambalaya. It was a nice surprise. My family enjoyed the hotel and walking to Jackson Square and French Quarter. The aquarium was nearby too.

I was extremely disappointed and unhappy with the fact that the hotel still charged me for my first night’s stay after my flight from Pittsburgh to New Orleans was diverted due to stormy weather conditions on December 28, a fact which the hotel was fully aware.

The customer service was outstanding, we checked in promptly and everyone was very pleasant and professional. We ordered room service, and we got our food within 15 mins (even though it was New Year’s Eve). Great location, close to the French quarter and across the street from the Caesar’s Palace, easy access and to the River walk mall. This Hilton exceeded my expectations, and I can tell it has great management dept. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The welcome and room were good. Only complains it was very noise that it kept me awake the first night. Can hear elavators going up and down all the times. Had to get ear plugs to sleep the next 2 nights.

It is a beautiful hotel; multiple levels with eateries and such. I was very disappointed with the room service; we ordered at 1115a and didnt teceive the lukewarm meal until 1240p. This is after calling a couple of times, being directed elsewhere but the dining services. At that point i was told that the delay was d/t them only having 1 server.
