Louisiana Hospitality at its Best

The Hilton's location made getting around to the sites we wanted to see very easy: the WWII museum, Canal Street, Bourbon Street, & the Audubon Aquarium. The desk clerks were always smiling and ready to assist us.

The staff was awesome. Plenty of elevators so you don't have to wait long for one. Comfortable beds. Nice rooms. The Luke restaurant is always nice to have dinner at.

New Orleans owe me nothing! Hotel staff was great and friendly. Hotel room was on the smaller side but clean and had all the amenities. This hotel is the perfect location for all your New Orleans tourist attractions needs, walking distance to Bourbon Street, Canal Street and streetcars to the French market.

This property is horrible!! I urge anyone looking into this property go elsewhere. Everything about this property looks fine until you check out. The staff intentionally destroyed my room and tried to blame it on me and charge me extra fees saying that I did it. When I asked for footage of the people who went in the room after I checked out no one responded back to me and they stopped answering my calls. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I’d rather spend my money on a cheap ass motel
