The room was clean with comfortable bed and spacious (we reserved the Deluxe Premium room), but it was stark, kind of barren with a lot of blank wall space. In the picture for that room it shows a row of windows, but there just was one small window viewing a brick wall. There is no in room coffe/tea. The front door bells don’t work so you have to call the person sitting at the end of the hallway in their “office”, which is also kind of oddly “undecorated”. The little coffee room also has that same cool feeling. Idk… it served the purpose, but for those reasons, kind of “meh”.

Diane that checked us in was very nice and gave us good info on parking for our rental car. The building interior and room were clean and well kept and the neighborhood noise was not an issue for us. We loved the upper balcony right by our room and used it quite a bit. Our only complaint was the bed had a huge dip in the middle and was so uncomfortable, as were the pillows. We'd also have loved to have a had a nice chair to sit in. We would stay here again.

The inn was clean, the staff were incredibly helpful with a sheet of local restaurants and sites, it’s directly on the streetcar stop. The air conditioning in the room was cold. It made for a wonderful week in New Orleans. I’ll definitely book at the inn again!

Great value for the location. Cold AC. Would prefer an in-room coffee option rather than having to go to a common area, and the bathroom had zero places to set anything like a toiletry bag.

Loved everything about our two night stay. Brittany was very welcoming on arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the location and how convenient it was to get around with the streetcar right outside. Dianne checked us out and was a pleasure to meet.
