This is a reasonably priced hotel located within a mile of most attractions and districts in NOLA. The staff are excellent, welcoming and very helpful. Although Expedia listed laundry services on site, I was disappointed to find them not available at this property. I had to independently contact a launderer which created an expense I wasn’t anticipating. Breakfast is nominal and the same items are served daily. The breakfast serving area is smaller than a hotel room creating a claustrophobic feeling. But seating for breakfast is adequate.

The hotel was not clean at all, it was not worth staying. I've changed rooms three times, the first room was full of a smoking smell in a room. My eyes and throat are getting itch due to the smoking smell as soon as I get in the room. So I requested to change the room, but the second room key was not working, and it was in repair. So I changed the room one more time, but it was super dirty (especially the bathroom), and every corner of the room had piles of dust. ]It is not worth $180 per night, so it shouldn't be classified as a 3-star hotel.

You need a key to be able to access the building making my stay feel significantly safer compared to our first hotel. The lady working the desk when we arrived has been phenomenal with getting us checked in and trying to fix the tv that wouldn’t gain signal resulting in her moving us and having everything ready by the time we got our stuff rounded up and down stairs. Will definitely be planning to stay here again on our next trip here
