The hotel was great. Fantastic location. Easy in and out. The guys working valet are great. The gentleman working the front desk in the morning is super friendly. While the hall ways are dated, we loved our room and the lobby was beautiful. If you want snacks out of the vending machine bring your own dollar bills. The lady working the evening shift was not very friendly and said she had no dollar bills to change out. She acted lik I was bothering her. All in all a great stay and great hotel. We will be back in January.

Love this location for exploring the French Quarter. Easily accessible to so much without the noise of Bourbon Street. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, and we love sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee.

Perfect location … quiet considering proximity to Bourbon St. walkable to and easy access to St Charles Trolley to visit warehouse district or garden district or for dropping into Treme for jazz at Kermit’s Lounge!

Don’t stay in room 204 if you have vertigo. It’s an insanely crooked/unlevel room. Made my mother sicker than a dog by the 3rd day. The front staff was excellent, doormen & valets amazing. Not a rude or unhelpful person on the premises. Found some local dive bars close that we had a blast in. And the food in NOLA is the best. We had a room at the front of the hotel so we got some street noise but it wasn’t awful. I’m mean we were in New Orleans so…yeah, there’s going to be some noise. I would stay here again, just not in room 204.
