Clean enough bed for being stranded at the airport overnight. Staff were friendly, free shuttle to the airport. Overall, hotel is in run down condition and smells.

Overall had a good stay, I would say this hotel is average in terms of affordability and getting what you paid for. Couple things stood out to me during my stay, first walking into our room there was a moist/musty smell and the room felt damp. When I went to lay down it felt like the sheets were damp because of overall moisture in the room. The bed was comfortable but other than that the smell in the room of moisture did not sit well with me. Next, we got towels with our room and didn’t get any more throughout our stay. When asking for new towels, we were told they were out or we had to be put on a list. Considering check out was in an hour I don’t know how someone would shower or get clean for the day without a towel. So we had to roadtrip back home with no shower. The only thing that kept this hotel from getting a 1 or 2 star was the staff. They were always kind in their responses, even over the phone.

The bathroom in 315 was not clean with blood on the wall and in the shower. The shower head was broken and unusable. They did move us to another room, but was smaller and didn’t change our price. The new room 309 was in better condition but still dirty around the edges. There was a smell. Dank, as if the linens weren’t fresh.

We ended up switching to this hotel after we were unhappy with our initial stay somewhere else. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and our room was clean! Airport shuttle is a big plus. But note that if you’re trying to go to the main areas of New Orleans, this is about 20 to 30 minute drive away- lots spent on Ubers!

Cleanliness is good but could be better. Wish there's a way to fully cover the window with the blinds in the room cause couldn't figure out how and it's too bright if the blinds aren't closed. Rachel was great serving us at the restaurant. It's a good hotel for a quick stop.
