I stayed from wednesday - saturday and I had to complain about my air condition now working due toitkept shutting off .I had went to the front desk times and called and i kept getting the run around that someone would come up to look at it and no one ever came. Also I have asked for extra towels and i had to go to the front desk myself to get them. Then once my room was finally clean they didnt even put no toliet paper inthe bathroom so now this is another time i had to go to front desk. I feel that the cleaning people should manger thetime a little better because dirty towels and sheets are laying in the hallways way into the evening.

This hotel was awesome from check in to checkout. The staff were very polite, professional and very helpful . The room was immaculate and the guest noise level was minimal. I highly recommend this hotel as you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is right across the street from homeless people row! You must pay too much money to park your car and there is no discounts for parking if your staying at the hotel. The hallways stayed loud with people every night. Very disappointed for this to be a Hilton brand!

Everything and everyone was fine the only problem I had was with the people in the dining area and kitchen.some of your employees stood over people monitoring what people ate and how much they ate and then talk things about you in their native language I think that they were very unprofessional but other than that everything was good.

The property & rooms were nice & conforrable. The pool was rather small tho, but nonetheless we enjoyed it. Convenient to local transportation. The homeless people on the other hand were a tad bit intrusive. The staff was kind, friendly, welcoming.& hospitable.

Left my iPods in the room. Had to call four times until they admitted they had them. Had to pay $34 to get them mailed back. Got package and the iPod case had a note on them they were found on the day I left. So, why did they tell me they hadn’t found them. My fault I left them but I shouldn’t have to call that many times before they admitted they were “found”.

The rooms were filthy, there was a cockroach on the pullout couch sheets, my babies feet were black after just a few minutes of walking in the room on the carpet, our sink leaked and the thermostat did not work properly. The absolute worst stay ive ever had in a hotel.

Need to be upgraded ASAP.
The services was okay. My problem was the $48 parking for overnight. Also charging customer hotel guest $4.50 for a bottle of water. But give you stain and dirty towels. The hallway carpet has stain and smells.

Great location walking distance to the French Quarter, but not so close its loud. Valet parking is available for $48/night, but you can self park in a parking garage down the street for around $25/night. Breakfast buffet was better than most and there are games and a pool table in the lobby. Great value for the money.
