Good location and walkable to major french quarter activities. Hotel is old and not quite the clean hotel we expected. Breakfast was uninspired of usual fare but not served well and looked unappetizing. Hotel needs major upgrades. We had no room service the entire 5 days. Front desk was helpful and concierge was full of ideas. He pointed out a few things we were unaware of.

I complained about the broken pull out couch,the lady that was there at night try to get me another room but was unsuccessful.I came there with my son and I wanted to sleep separate ,I slept on the mattress on the floor.

This property is a great location. Short walk to the French Quarter, Business district and both bus and trolly service. The rooms are nice and offer kitchen facilities. However the rooms are dated and not super clean.

I had to ask for room service/cleaning on 3 occasions and was only done when I asked to see a supervisor. My stay was from Oct 16-22 and was only given a resolution on Oct 20. A front desk staff Desha apologized profusely as she overheard the conversation and offered to comp one night. As it was an Expedia booking she could not put funds to my debit card.

I loved my stay here. The only thing i didnt like was the sheets on the bed. The flat sheet on the bottom just got untucked and tangled up. Very uncomfortable.
