Beautiful hotel with a slight inconvenience
The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The only issue was the lack of internal sound proofing. We were able to hear everything coming from our neighbours's room, which was unfortunate. Also, the choice of hardwood floors, although beautiful, let's you hear every step the upstairs rooms occupants make. Overall a wonderful stay, do recommend!

Property is great for being in the Garden District and a great choice other than the Hampton down the street. Hotel is right in front of the trolly line. Parking in the parking area is tight, and off a one way street, but there is generally plenty of parking during the evenings along St. Charles opposite side of the street. Hotel is a great little trendy gem - clean, great location.

Room wasn’t ready until 1-1/2 hrs after stated check-in time, which wasn’t pleasant after a long trip, but the staff and room were excellent in all other respects. I would stay here again.

The property was gorgeous. Really loved it but unfortunately the staff did not match the ambience. They didn't seem to be informed about resolving serious issues (for example we had an issue closing a door and the front desk staff member sent house keeping instead of maintenance). We ended up having to pull the door with all our might for it to lock which was odd. Also when I approached the desk to grab a dental kit the front desk staff greeted me with "Checking out?" No good morning or how may I help you. Overall staff was really disappointing.

Enjoyed our stay. From the time we arrived until we left, we were taken care of. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location of the Hotel is great. Easy to get around. Highly recommend it.

We were told parking was free; it cost $35 per night. No coffee in the room, had to get up, get dressed, go down stairs and buy a cup for $3.50 — ridiculous! The room thermostat required a maintenance person to come to the room to set it — terrible, you have to turn it off to adjust the temp then turn it back on — Crazy. The TV only works if you have a appleTV passcode. When I complained after the first night they let us know the staff could turn it on, but still no local stations. The couch and chair were extremely uncomfortable and the uneven tiles in the bathroom seemed dangerous. Don’t go here if you want to be treated like a person instead of a wallet.
