Considering the city and age of the structure that was refurbished, the hotel was good. However, on the second day of the stay, housekeeping service became sub par and they failed to service the most critical space, the bathroom. This resulted in me having to request replacement supplies from the front desk.

The hotel was centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the gym was flooded but sent us across to their sister property to use their gym. The bar is not open, but they offer water, coffee, and hot water all day. Bathroom was small for my 6'6" friend. Pierre ran down a cab for us so we could make our flight in time, and the other cab was very late. Security was good. Could not hear all the people partying all night, but we were able to hear all of the people walking the halls and in their rooms. We slept well and it all worked well for us. We will visit again!

Loud spot to stay at as the walls vibrated with how loud the music was on Bourbon st. Only issue we had although the location is awesome to be right in the middle if that is what you're looking for and are not a light sleeper. The staff was super nice, gave us water every day. Cute little patio with a pool to chill at as well.

The hotel was in the best location for walking everywhere. As we were close to bourbon street, the noise wasn’t an Issue at all.The staff were reliable and made the experience enjoyable. Definitely will come back and stay here

The hotel was super cute! The purple gave it such a royal feel. The walkability was the main reason we booked there! And it exceeded our expectations. They do provide complimentary water, coffee & tea. Which was AMAZING. Most hotels overcharge for those items, so it was a huge plus considering NOLA allows you to have open container lol The room was pretty clean. The bathroom light and sink were a bit rusty, but nothing that disgusted us thats for sure. Overall i give this hotel a 4/5 !! Price, location, just overly satisfied

On arrival our door key didn’t work and despite efforts by the receptionist and trying a second room we were told that to reset the locks would take at least 15 minutes so could we go and eat and come back !! We did just that the room was ok but the tv didn’t work the fan was noisy in the bathroom and the coffee machine was faulty The receptionist said she would arrange for another machine to be bought to the room .We waited an hour before going to sleep and no one came. In the morning I repeated the same complaints and a coffe machine was delivered and we were told the other isssues would be sorted out while we were out. When we returned early evening the original receptionist was there and she said she had been ringing our room to ask if it was convenient to deliver the coffee machine I explained that the room was not equipped with a telephone. The fan in the room and tv were not fixed and we reported that again when we left for dinner Due to the terrible noise coming from the bathroom fan we didn’t switch it on in the morning for fear of waking the rest of the hotel On checking out we reiterated our complaints and I said I would be asking for a refund The receptionist agreed we should complain as he was having issues with maintenance reponding to customers Please reply to my email martyninfrance@gmail.com Martyn Loftus

Father/son trip to the French Quarter. Great location right off Bourbon Street. Very quiet considering it is right near the action. Close enough to walk everywhere. And close to the Street cars to ride them as well. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very modern hotel inside a very old building. I would definitely stay here again.
