Perfect Quiet place in the Cut!!

This was my first time in NOLA, and will not be my last!! The Entire staff are Wonderful, Kind, and Helpful!! The Hotel, Room, and the pool are were very clean. Very relaxing in the outdoor Lounging area. And not to mention the Hot coffee and water available near the lobby. It's even kid friendly, and I didn't even bring any kids. If you have the pleasure of meeting Ms Sonya, she will make you feel like Family!! I definitely will stay again Hotel Le Marais!

Great spot near Bourbon Street. It is a little loud but to be expected when staying closes to Bourbon Street. Location makes it easy to walk to all the great sites. Make sure you're paying attention to the payments the hotel is taking though because they don't follow any rules and will just take funds from your account.

First off…I called the hotel before booking a room and asked about the bar and it’s hours. The front desk gave me time’s that it is opened and closed. I get to the hotel and it’s shut down. I was told it never re opened since Covid. WTH? So I was like ok well one of your staff lied to me on the phone! The place is dark and dingy. The outside is dirty. The pool area looks shut down also. I didn’t even ask about it. The pool had dark water in it. The room had mold. Would not recommend.

EXCELLENT

Our flight was delayed several times and each time I called to confirm it would be ok to come in later the young lady was so super sweet. When we got their it was a different young lady as shifts had changed and again super sweet and had the patience of a saint with us as we had never been to New Orleans and made sure where we knew where to park and anytime we left she made she sure when we were walking back in she stood at the door to greet us back. The gentleman in the morning was very nice as well. Just wanted to make sure all 3 of them get recognized as well as the comfort of the room. Beds were AMAZING. We will be back!

Great boutique hotel!

This hotel was perfect for a quick 2 night stay in the French Quarter. The employees were friendly, the rooms vintage nice and comfortable. The court yard was a lovely respite. Perfect location for the sight seeing we had in mind. Valet parking is in a garage shared with the Royal Sonesta exactly across from the front door of the hotel so very convenient.

I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. While the property itself is appealing, I encountered significant issues regarding the cleanliness of our room and the overall hygiene practices. We were at the hotel from Monday (3/24/25) to Friday (3/28/25), and each day we activated the housekeeping light to request service. Although the bed was made and the room appeared tidy, the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. We hoped that the bathrooms would be properly cleaned between guest stays, but our optimism was challenged when we discovered dried blood on the fitted sheet on the corner of the bed Thursday morning. After confirming that neither of us was injured, I reported the issue to the gentleman at the front desk, who took our room information and assured us that the sheets would be changed, apologizing profusely. However, upon returning six hours later, we found that the sheets had not been replaced. The front desk staff member eventually came to change them for us. As I write this review on Monday (3/31/25), I have two main concerns regarding the hotel and its staff. First, the housekeeping team seemed unwilling to perform their duties, leading to unsanitary conditions. Second, despite my conversations with the front desk and an email sent to the hotel about the incident, we have yet to hear from management regarding this matter. Without their involvement, I fear that future guests may face similar issues.

It was good and good location but the bar was closed and no continental breakfast anymore. That was disappointing. Bed was comfortable but the walls are thin and the room next door had folks talking until 2:30am each night.

It took a long time to check in even though there were only two people ahead of us. The staff member was friendly, but there should have been another employee to help. Rooms are small but nice. There are no mini fridges in the room, nor do they have ice machines, which should be a standard amenity. The fan in the bathroom was also not usable due to the loud sound it made (as did our neighbor’s).
