I loved it! In the middle of the Quarter! I could walk until.I was tired and be back quickly. The only thing is that I was on the third floor and the elevator was brokem the entire time

Great hotel
Beautiful hotel a block from Bourbon St. front desk was exceptional in attentiveness and valet was quick and courteous. Room was small but very clean and well decorated.

What a great little hotel. It’s beautiful with a truly classic New Orleans courtyard. The bed was comfy and the staff - especially William, were terrific.

Staff was not good at all. The person checking us in couldn’t find us because he was in the wrong date. They had to move us room was terrible noise was bad. Then they wouldn’t even comp a breakfast for all our issues. Won’t be back!!

Excellent Stay!
We have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy ourselves. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful making checking in and out a breeze. If our room is not ready or we have to check out earlier than our flight they securely hold our luggage and remember you when you return for it. The bars tied to the hotel are great and we absolutely love the courtyards to gather in when traveling with friends. We appreciate the security after dark where you must scan your room key to access the hotel keeping out unwanted visitors and keeping us safe. The location could not be better easy to walk around anywhere in the quarter and business district. We will for sure continue to stay here on future trips.

I'm going to write a letter and leave reviews -- check in -- they guy couldn't even find us for half an hour (looking at the wrong date). Room selection noisy -- moved but even then the same guy only explained why he "couldn't" do anything. Didn't get wine bottles until I complained and again Will said only one until I showed him the three reservations. Asked for a free breakfast -- Will couldn't do it but the morning staff did -- and then they told us we could use it until 10/21 (when we were leaving) but no breakfast on 10/21. Asked for the manager four times but he was never on site -- and never even tried to contact us!

Fantastic Location
It is in a great location, very close to Bourbon Street and Canal. Also walking distance to Jackson Square. The rooms were larger than I thought they'd be. The floors are very slippery if at all wet and the shower doesn't have a door that closes all the way. That was bit nerve racking trying not to slip. And the couple of rugs that you can get to looked dated and not the cleanest. I felt better walking in socks in the room. The rooms open to a nice courtyard and fountain that actually has a calming white noise effect. The television had only a few channels which was a little frustrating, several just didn't work. We didn't spend a ton of time in our room but it would have been nice to have more options. The towels, bed linens and shower were nice. Bed was a little hard but not bad either. Shower had great water pressure. I am also thankful for the bottled waters they provide to us in the lobby. That was sweet.

Very convenient. Was a 1 minute walk to Bourbon Street and a 5 minute walk to Canal Street. If you want to be near the excitement and action of Bourbon St in the French Quarter, this a great place to be.

Practically on Burbon Street and walking distance to everything!! This historic hotel makes you think you’re back in time with all the luxuries of home. HIGHLY recommend.
