Excellent stay in New Orleans, super friendly staff, elegant and spacious room, beautiful courtyard with a fountain. Not to mention the location is prime, minutes from Bourbon Street and a short 10 minute walk to canal Street and other popular restaurants, stores and NOLA attractions!

When staying in the French Quarter, there are many options to choose from, and while Hotel Mazarin may not be as recognized as some of the others, it definitely exceeds expectations. Its location is extremely convenient, check-in is easy, and the staff is friendly. The room was adequate and surprisingly quiet by French Quarter standards, featuring a courtyard-facing outdoor covered entry. Overall, it offers one of the best values for the location.

The property was very convenient to downtown. Checked in on a Sunday said they hadn’t gotten the pillow cases to the room yet. Left 5 days later and still never had one pillow case put on our pillows. Never got our free bottle of wine with my Expedia perks and yes I let the front desk about it. Never saw it though.

Very nice literally right next to bourbon street! The room was very accommodating and I enjoyed the old French Victorian vibes in the room. Got a free bottle of wine with my stay and the shower was great due to the strong water pressure. Truly a great stay, I will stay again in the future. Just be aware no free parking it is valet for 50/day

Above average clean for a hotel. The following were five stars: A/C, shower (powerful flow with quick to adjust nice steamy hot temp), bed comfort, bed pillows, clean linens (no hairs- this is a problem at most hotels). Must valet park ($50- this not obvious with booking). Only negative- room numbers that end in zero are adjacent to elevator shaft (loud noisy during peak times). Sounds like a garage door opening and closing.
