The bedding and housekeeping were excellent. The furnishings in my room were a little worn. The hotel’s location is excellent, but I did wonder whether it was worth the money to stay here.

When they ask you if you want a room on a high floor, you would think it meant a view. It didn’t and I didn’t want to wait 4 hrs for a Platinum upgrade room. To be fair. They checked us in around 1am.

Our first visit to this hotel. Although its on the bigger side it retains that boutique hotel charm and personal services. We were there for two nights over New Years (yes that one). The staff did a great job and handling scared guests and the doorman drug our heavy luggage 4 blocks to a taxi he knew was hiding in an alley. Got us out of there and on our plane in time during what resembled a war zone. Can't wait to go back.
