One of the best trips ever!

The absolute best hotel stay my wife and I have ever experienced. The staff at every level were exceptional. The Iberville King Suite was amazing. The onsite restaurant, Criollo, was the best meal I've ever eater and our waiter was amazing! We were sad to leave, but can't wait to go back.

Really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was great value for the price. Can't beat the location in the heart of the French Quarter. Room was sizeable, bed was comfy, and staff were fantastic. Fitness center could use some updated weightlifting machines but was perfectly adequate for a hotel gym. I've stayed in several area hotels and would definitely book here again when visiting New Orleans. Do not miss the macaron shop right across the street (Sucre) it's amazing and so convenient.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of all the French Quarter action. Staff is super nice. We did find that the food and drink were quite high priced. ie: $18 + tip for a small shot of amaretto and $5 for a small serve-yourself weak warm cup of coffee in the gift shop. Parking attendants and bell staff were great!! All in all, we would stay there again.

The room was nice, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. All of the staff were amazing and very helpful. The concierge gave some good advice on places to eat. The cleaning staff did a great job, the room was always straightened up and well organized when I returned. Went to the Carousel bar, it was pretty cool. It’s a bit of a walk to the garden district (about 40 minutes) but everything else was convenient. I would definitely recommend.
