Beautiful courtyard. The atmosphere of the hotel was just what I wanted—it felt very old-world New Orleans. The staff members were all extra nice and helpful.

I really liked the hotel and staff. The street noise was a bit much. And our room had disability access which neither of us is disabled. Our bed made a horrible creaking noise on the left side getting in and out of bed.

No gym on property. Frt desk staff and bellhops all amazing. Rooms very clean and good. Beds could be more comfortable but fine. Great stay. Walking distance to everything in French Quarter!!!!

Great hotel in the quarters right off Bourbon street. Close enough to enjoy but far away for peace in the evenings. The on-site coffee shop is a gem must try and the bar was great as well. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Paytony at the front desk was a gem with giving us a courtside patio.

The staff is amazing. Coming back to the hotel every night felt like being welcomed home. The room with the balcony was absolutely charming and perfect. The beds are very comfortable. Vacherie restaurant on the ground floor was our favorite breakfast place. The area around the hotel is fun and lively and the courtyard is a quiet place to relax. We loved our stay.

The room was large and nice looking. The bathroom was a little small and tight but modern and nice. However, the first day the doorknob to the patio came off and we had to call maintenance. I had a hard time figuring out the coffee pot and thought it was defective so I asked for a another one. The room faced the street which was great except therw were 3 garbage dumpsters below our window directly across the narrow street and 3 of the 4 mornings at 4:30, a garbage tryck was outside emprying thise bins and it was INCREDIBLY NOISY. It was awful!! That wasnt the hotels property but the location of our room was terrible. Plus two of our 4 days, housekeeping did not servive our room. I called them the second day and it seemed they still had a hard time getting them to service it. They said we requested no service, which we did not! I called them the first time but cleaning staff had left and they assured me they would service it the next day but didnt
