What I DIDN'T like was the $50 a night parking, the $30 a night entertainment fee. I was told during check-in my breakfast was included, that turned out not to be the case.At check out I received a $331 bill for 3 days, on top of my payment for the room.

The hotel is in great shape, but, I have learned a very valuable lesson about traveling to busy cities. Always request a room that is not on a main street. Very noisy all hours...

Wonderful hotel great location but be aware if you drive and park with the hotel it will add $85 a day for parking. Told it was $50 but then they add a destination fee? And taxes so it comes out to about $85. Just ridiculous

Great Location in the French Quarters! Hotel room was very nice. Enjoyed the space and extremely high 12 foot ceilings.The rooms were clean and updated. All of the Staff was amazing!! Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Will definitely be returning. Thanks to all the staff for a great visit!!

It was our first time staying in the French Quarters and it was an experience. Only downside it was loud till early hours in the morning but we were so tired we fell right asleep. The room was so big, the bed was amazing. I loved their hair and body products we got to use.

Bed is very comfortable the room temperature phenomenal! But, the bathroom sink was leaking, No maid service for our trip, Towels were not changed! In room garbage was never emptied. When i called front desk to have them bring clean towels and garbage bags they said okay but never came! The pool surrounding walls are dirty! Discusting!!.
Garbage in the bathroom was also full and never emptied out.

Very comfortable beds, great housekeeper, felt safe inside the hotel. Most of the vast majority staff were very friendly. The swimming pool area was enjoyable and the gym was good. The restaurant was pretty good and the employees there were all kind and helpful. Miss Jackson who was at the entrance opening the door for guests, should be at the check-in counter. The woman who checked us out wasn’t very professional, she wasn’t very friendly. All in all we would stay there again. One more thing, the faucet in the bathroom needs to be fixed, much of the water was wasted when we showered.
