The property didn’t have room ready so they switched us to a room that was freezing, had to have the heat/ac fixed. First night we got kicked out because the door battery wasn’t working we ended up being locked out with our 12year old until 12am. Not necessarily an easy hotel.

The Hyatt House in downtown New Orleans was great. We were upgraded to one of the larger rooms with a kitchenette which was great. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Front desk staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough especially St the price point.

Super nice and clean hotel. My bed sheets literally looked like they opened my linens daily. I was there for a football game and it was about a two minute walk to the dome. I just wish parking had better options. Had to pay 50 a night for parking. But other than that awesome stay

Nice hotel with excellent views!
This is a very nice hotel. Our room had a great view of the city that included the Smoothie King and Ceasers arenas. Breakfast was good and the cook to order omelets were a pleasant surprise. Most of the staff was great!
