Very clean area and nice staff. The parking is a bit pricy, do not recommend taking a car here and you’ll have to wait an hour for valet to bring your car back after checking it in. The room was decent and very clean! Super loved that! Was quiet and the 26th floor is great. Elevators are glass and have a good view of the dome. I would stay again but definitely do things different with transportation. If you’re fine with walking it’s okay but being on the outskirts it could feel unsafe at times.

Even with the busy weeekend and lots of events nearby, the staff were helpful and pleasant. Check in was a breeze and our room was comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again where in NOLA as the location was close to restaurants and transportation from here was easy. Only issue and not really a complaint but an opportunity for improvement: The coffee cups in the room are not good. Theyre a paper/plastic mix that gets too hot and I had to use the second cup to be able to hold it.

We had an amazing trip from start to finish. A friend and I came down for night one of the Eras Tour, the hotel staff were so organized and kept everything running smoothly. Our room was ready early, the shuttle and parking were easy to navigate. The entire environment was welcoming and embracing of the Swiftie universe! From friendship bracelets on arrival to the DJ and 360 Photo Booth, to the Photo Booth set up, to the flyer of all events and how to find them. We felt safe, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was AMAZING. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!

We were there at 2:30 to check in so that we could be at the TS concert at 4:15 bc the door opened at 4:30 & we wanted to get merch. The lady at the front desk told me that we were checked in and that she would text/call us when the room was finished being cleaned. She told us the room we were waiting for was being cleaned at that very moment. We had to get ready for the concert in the 3rd floor sitting area and in the very small bathroom. We had to curl our hair from the 1 plug behind the door on the floor! That is unacceptable. Finally at 4:35 a man, not a worker, told my husband to go down there and stand there until a room pops open on the screen that shows it is cleaned and she would put him in right then because that it what they did after hours of waiting that morning. It was my husbands 3rd time down to the front desk. If your check in time is at 4:00 you should have ALL rooms cleaned by 4:00. No exceptions. You increase the prices for large events so, as a business, you should provide the service on time! 4:00 is a LATE check in time anyway!! You certainly didn't offer to extend our time on checkout. So we kept up our side of the contract but you did not. I will never stay at your hotel ever, ever again.

I cannot say enough fabulous things about this Hyatt. This was the most seamless and pleasant experience I've had in any hotel in a LONG time. And it was Taylor Swift Eras weekend at the Superdome! That tells me how amazing they must be on a regular basis. I was checked in and headed to our room in easily less than 10 minutes right at 4pm. Valet took the car, bell service for our items to our room. It was just start to finish a great experience.

Our stay was everything we wanted! We k ew it was a busy weekend with the Taylor Swift concert and being Halloween weekend so the valet was full but the hotel provided us with parking in another garage that was save and gated which was greatly appreciated! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The hotel overall looked very nice. However, the room I was not very clean. The carpet in my room was filthy and my room had a bar of opened and used soap in the soap dish. I didn't feel like the room was properly cleaned before I came. My sister's room had a crab claw shell that someone had eaten on the floor by her bed and her toilet didn't work. We checked in late, so maintenance was in her room fixing a broken toilet at 11:30 p.m.
