While the room itself was clean, they misrepresented the type of room I would get. I specifically booked a room that had a small fridge and a microwave because I’m on a special diet, and the room had neither of those. I talked to the front desk about it and they said they would have someone bring up those appliances, and no one ever did. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Our TV had no remote control and when they gave us a remote control, it didn’t work. I probably won’t stay at a La Quinta Inn again.

The access to the main lobby doesn't work with the key cards. That's so bad when you are in the 3rd floor with an elevator far away from the main lobby.

It was terrible!! Room was humid with a moldy smell. Toilet was semi broken, asked for a turn down service and it never came. They came and collected the towels but didn’t clean anything. The tub was clogged. The advertisement said it had a fridge and microwave, IT DIDN’T!! I had to search out the room cleaners for additional toilet paper. Calling the front desk is useless, because they either don’t answer or answer and leave you on hold! I wish I had more hands so I can give this hotel 4 thumbs ENTHUSIASTICALLY DOWN!!!! 👎👎👎👎

This is the nasty hotel I have ever went too. I went to the store and bought my own cleaning supplies! The lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional! I couldn’t even stay the night because it was so disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE!

We stayed here for one night, and were only there long enough to sleep. I would not want to stay multiple nights. The hotel seemed to be a little run down. The room was barely under $100 so not sure if it was worth it or not, maybe this is to be expected for the price.

I requested an accessible room for my kids with Autism and other related disabilities. They did not grant the requested need. Instead, they assigned a second floor and the worst and unlivable condition room from. I felt offended and disappointed because is my first time I receive this terrible service when they supposed to accommodate in the best way my kids. I will contact Windham because you pay to rest in a decent place. Unacceptable

Avoid….

Not sure how this is advertised as a hotel. Carpets were awful. Bathroom a disgrace. Shower was broken and the taps jammed on. I could not switch them off. Informed the reception who did not seem too concerned. I carried on my day with yesterday’s grime rather than ask for another room. Horrible place

My air didn’t work. Shower was GROSS! No trash can. Cover and pillowcases had hair on them. Floor was disgustingly stained. Hair to wear actual slippers to shower. And they tried charging my card again in the middle of the night.

First thing this facility should be listed as a motel, not hotel. Elevator is not in sight. Shower water does not get warm. Beds are smaller than queen size. Front desk not helping especially at night. I waited half hour to get checked in since I arrived in the middle of the night. The waffle maker was not working, breakfast choices were limited to boiled eggs and cold cereal. Overall I would not go back.
