The air didn’t work, there was an odor in the room, the bathroom light didn’t work, the shower had hair in it when I checked in AND there was toilet paper in the trash and toilet like somebody used the bathroom in the room. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate but that property is just old, dirty, dated, and just need a whole renovation!

This Hotel is filthy, undesirables to say the least, hotel staff is 1 person and she has a terrible attitude toward everyone who had a question about the room?? As soon as I walked into my room instantly, I turned around and went back to the office, I asked for a different room and the girl behind the desk instantly got a attitude and asked me what was wrong with the room I have? I started telling her and she rudely responded that she had no other rooms available, and that room was the best she had!! The bathtub was filthy and did not drain as I stud in 3-4 inches of water! The cold water took 12 minutes to get hot! Battery in smoke detector was dead! TV broken! Someone had laid in the bed with their dirty shoes on and left grass and dirt all over the sheet! Safety door latch was broken off and missing! Air conditioner was extremely loud and noisy! DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL, YOU WILL GET WORSE THAN YOU PAID FOR!!

This hotel should not be listed as an option. I arrived with my wife and brother in law. Property is “smoke free” get there was about 30 cigarette butts outside our room, once in the room, AC was broken, room was completely stunk up to cigarette and the bathroom light was flickering non stop, my brother in law having issues with seizures was in risk at that room, so back to the desk we went, I was asking the hostess for another room and as we were talking, a roach crawled from under the desk and ran towards my wife which of course, started screaming. Immediately after I looked at the hostess and asked for a refund. This place is dirty, unsafe, in violation of hygiene rules and regs and should not even be posted a a reputable website. Extremely disappointed.

Pick another place to stay.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The room recked of urine as soon as of walk in the room. The restroom was not properly cleaned there was a used towel hanging across the showers rod. The lights barely worked , and the telephone didn’t work at all.

Had a huge roach crawl on me in bed after like hr of being in the room and seen another big one on wall. Room smelled weird. I stayed at this property a dozen other times. And it was decent bang for buck but after this experience I could not stay the night ended up leaving. Wanted a refund but since I ordered through Expedia they couldn’t offer one they did offer another room but I was too creeped out after that.

The staff was friendly and location was nice. Room that was provided is by far the worse I have ever been in. Spoke to other hotel renters that had same complaints so I never asked for another room. Very much out dated and smelled old. The table was broke, tub and bank had cigarette burns on it. The flooring was cheap and dirty. The repairs that were completed were noticeable and shoddy looking. The freezer needed defrosted, needed a new paint job. Lighting was dim so looked dark all the time and lastly. There were some bugs in the bathroom.

Formal Complaint Regarding Extremely Poor Hotel Ex

Dear Hotel Platform, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Our experience was unfortunately marked by a series of unacceptable issues that not only disrupted our business trip but also led to significant additional costs. Below is a summary of the problems we encountered: 1. System Failure and Forced Rebooking at Midnight We had a confirmed booking at your hotel and arrived at the front desk at 12:20 AM. However, we were told that due to a system failure, the staff could not locate our reservation. We were left waiting in the lobby until 1:30 AM, and as the system was still not functional, we were forced to find another place to stay for the night. This resulted in an extra US$298 for alternative accommodation and US$43 in Uber fare. 2. Additional Early Check-in Charge Due to Your System Error The next morning, we returned to the hotel to check in again. Shockingly, the front desk charged us an additional US$30 for early check-in, despite the fact that it was your system error the night before that caused the delay.

Do not stay at this hotel. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. The room was disgusting the bed sheets had stains that looked like blood. We didn’t even have towels in our room.

Firstly, upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor resembling urine. It was so overpowering that I found it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. The carpet was filthy. The bedding had someone else’s hair in it. I appreciate the fact that you gave us a different room. The second room wasn’t any better. Although there wasn’t any carpet, the room was filthy. Additionally, the room showed signs of mold growth all throughout the room, which further contributed to an uncomfortable environment. These conditions were unacceptable and concerning for both my health and comfort. Moreover, I was disappointed by the lack of housekeeping services during my stay. Despite requesting housekeeping on multiple occasions, my room was not cleaned or refreshed during The entire stay. I did go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. This lack of attention to basic cleanliness and hospitality was frustrating and certainly detracted from my overall experience. Lastly, the customer service I received during my stay was subpar. When I raised my concerns about the issues I encountered, the responses I received were unhelpful, and I was left feeling dismissed rather than valued as a guest.
