Yuck

Friendly and helpful staff and free parking are the only nice things I can say. The room smelled of cigarettes and the icky leftovers in the fridge which we had to clean out. The floors were disgusting. The ‘clean’ towels had someone else’s hairs in them. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this place. Clearly no maintenance has been done on it in a long time. We will never stay there again.

Room smelled of rot and mold. Mold surrounding the bathtub inside and out. Tile on floor slick and greasy. Cigarette burns in sheets. Mattress so stained it looked like a body had been allowed to rot and decompose on it.

The purse room they put us in, did not have any air. The room smelled like smoke, and the tub was very nasty. The second room they put us in the door would not open and we was next to a room with bedbug.

When I initially checked in, the lobby was very dimly lit the elevator smelt like urine all around the property. There was trash,I was given room 254 the room smell of mold and mildew and the bathroom was filthy, I went to the front desk. In my room was changed to room 353. That room looked identical to the first one the tub is dirty. The floors is dirty to carpet was very stained the next morning. I drop something on the floor when I looked under the bed. There was old fruit under the bed. I have pictures I spoke with the front desk in the morning they documented and said someone will contact me however I went on a cruise the very next day. I have the checking out. I didn’t receive an email or a voice message

Love staff, ownership needs to get it renovated

I swear I use this hotel 2 times a month at least, and my only reason for staying is the manager and the staff, they are awesome, and most of the problems I have with the hotel are is its appearance, which ownership seems not to care about. I've used LaQuinta in other states and totally different they are very clean and presentable for guest. from the riped up sheets to the huge stains on the curtains that are very visible its almost a shame that you want take care of these issues. honestly sometimes i stay across street at holiday inn even though im a rewards member with wyndham hotels. this needs to be addressed but the staff is wonderful and they try there best to accommodate the guest with their issues.

upon checking in my room, I did not notice the mold growing everywhere around the unit until I started looking around. It was not a terrible day, but the cleanliness of the facility needs to be addressed for people’s health and safety.
