The valet service was horrible. Upon checkout, it took right at an hour to get my vehicle. When I went in to ask for my vehicle (3 times) the workers had an attitude. Not to mention the numerous people complaining about excessive charges made to their accounts.

Great Location - 2 Blocks from Bourbon St.
The room itself was clean. The bathroom toilet kept running. We were able to figure out how to stop it by jiggling the handle. Need to invest in poly-fill pillows for those w/feather allergies like me. Breakfast was pretty good; the waffle batter was AMAZING. The staff was nice, very helpful and very hospitable. The hotel was a great location, 2 blocks from Bourbon St.

bathroom had double door and 1 side got stuck. AC unit was right at foot of one bed. Each bed was close to wall so you couldn't get in or out of bed on that side. Bed I was in was comfy. Breakfast was limited but hot food was good. cold cereal, instant oatmeal, toast, waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh apple, juice, coffee. Pool was ice cold so only stepped into it.

Overall a great room for what we paid. I used Expedia and the $30/night “on-site” parking was actually across the street and one block down. That really wasn’t a major issue but the parking ramp is very cramped and has no elevators.

We were very disappointed with our stay here. First, the breakfast was limited and had only white bread and bagels. Our room was only cleaned once in seven nights. We had to beg for towels. The hot water was cold starting on our fourth day.

The staff ruined what could have been a pleasant stay. No one mans the desk and when they do they just sit and stare instead of opening the door. The staff outside were dancing and smoking and not offering assistance.

Deposit was 250/ with and additional 29. 00 daily fee . Never came to clean room yhe entire 3 days. I had to call and request towels and keys didn't work to entrance of hotel at night. So had to wait 10min outside for night desk person to come back to let me in. Water wasn't hot in shower
