Love the hotel, hate the a/c
I love the hotel and would love to give it 5 stars but I hate the air conditioner. This is my 2nd stay in this hotel and we had the same problem. I assumed it was just that room but it was the same problem, different room. We had maintenance come to check the air and he said it should cool of in about 30 minutes but it never did. So for 2 nights we had to sleep in a warm, uncomfortable room. For this reason, I just don’t think I can stay there again.

Taylor Swift weekend
We came in for the Eras Tour and everyone was so nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. There was only one working guest elevator which caused some back up with most people going to the concert at the same time. The dynamic pricing for our stay was a hard pill to swallow but the closeness to the stadium and the ease of navigating around the area was very convenient.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel! We came for Taylor Swift and the staff was out of this world. Every single person was so accommodating and helpful for anything we needed. The hotel also is breathtakingly beautiful!

My first time visiting New Orleans. Le Pavillon New Orleans exceeded all the expectations. The staff at the hotel were very professional, the front desk reservation staff I should’ve written her name, was very kind and helpful. She helped me with printing the paperwork. I travel quite often in the USA, the hotel is one of the best experiences I ever had. Thank you for your hospitality!

Hotel staff was incredibly friendly. The valet service went above and beyond to make it a good experience. The location is ideal for easy access to the Superdome and delicious restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was overpriced so I would not recommend that.

Cleanliness friendly staff and a grand feeling. The room maintenance was something that needed to be addressed - loose towel, paper and robe hooks shower door did not slide easy and mirror light did not work we requested a repair but did not get it.

I slept so well, the linens and pillows were fabulous. Not enough creamer in the room but that is standard fare these days. My coworker didn't have enough warm water their shower but mine was fabulous! Everyone is very pleasant. Nicest hotel I ever stayed in and walking distance to grocery store well stocked with wine and food, cool coffee shop etc.

Le Pavillon Has always been one of our go to hotels when visiting New Orleans… Unfortunately, we have noticed a bit of an issue lately with maintenance. As the hotel has aged, perhaps not enough money has been spent to keep everything as it should be . (As an example we spent three nights at the property, and one of the two elevators was broken for two out of three of our nights… Given that we were on the eighth floor that was a bit of a challenge at times . Additionally one of our nightstand drawer pulls was broken off , effectively making one of the few storage drawers unavailable ) The hotel is such a beautiful property, in a great location and with friendly staff, so I am really hoping to see better upkeep going forward so that we will continue to want to stay at this beautiful property !
