Still a great place to spend a weekend

I’ve wanted to stay at Le Richelieu for 30 years, when I lived in New Orleans. It’s not the jewel it once was, but for our stay it was perfect. The staff was friendly and efficient. Sadly, the beautiful bar is no longer open. The coffee was really bad. But a bucket list item was experienced and we had a grand time!

Great location and a pool

What a lovely hotel, the rooms were large and comfortable, the building is old and grand, just like the rest of the French Quarter! The pool is a great bonus! And the location is perfect.

We so enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is wonderful and I love it’s a little more quiet. The pool is wonderful but the front desk staff were so kind and helpful. I really recommend people stay here. You will not be disappointed!!!!
