From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a remarkable stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, nestled in the heart of the city, providing easy access to the vibrant French Quarter and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, where the Bayou Classic events took place. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the rich culture and history of New Orleans, as well as enjoy the thrilling football festivities. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered stunning views of the city skyline. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after our days filled with excitement and exploration. There was a ton of sticky goo all.over the floor in our room. Other than that it was an ok spot. They offered to refund a small 'resort fee" of our payment but we still had to have towels all over the floor all night.

Loews is an excellent hotel. Valet service was amazing from the start and every staff member was very friendly helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very modern. This is definitely a place to stay. Very convenient location as well.
